They originally came to resolve a minor issue, but the technician offered to look at our working AC unit. Immediately after they touched it, the AC stopped working, and the employee began pushing the sale of a new unit. We ultimately had another company inspect the system, and they were able to fix the problem right away. Please be aware of this situation if you are considering their services.
