  I had several ceilings painted. Crew came when expected, finished within the expected timeframe, and left the area pretty much as they found it, with just a little dust where fresh taping was needed. Results look good. No complaints!

  The quality of work performed was according to the contract scope. Communications for this project was deficient. The project manager did not inform me of project delays, requiring me to reschedule other contractors at the very last minute. I recommend clearly setting expectations at the outset and not relying on the Kennedy team to keep you informed of project issues.

  Kennedy painting is a fantastic company. Painted my condo in beautiful alabaster color and did the work under directions from Dave and Ryne. Work is beautiful, performed in timely and efficient manner. Also, went above and beyond repairing small dings in woodworking, etc. Clean up was done and nothing left behind for me to discard. My place is stunning as can be seen in photos. Very customer oriented and receptive to all my inquiries and requests. Will use them again. No doubt about it!!!!

  A two-man team from Kennedy Painting quickly and expertly accomplished sensitive carpentry repairs, deteriorated wood repairs, historic wooden trim replacements, and repainting on our 150-year old Victorian townhouse in a National Historic District in St. Louis. Working 40 feet in the air from a 65-foot lift basket, the team meticulously took care of a number of badly needed fixes on our home's third-story Mansard roof, cornice, and dormers. Four different paint colors were carefully matched to the existing finishes. Their prep work was meticulous and the entire job was finished in only three days. The Kennedy estimator, work crew, and administrative staff collaborated smoothly to provide efficient and seamless project management. Their pricing was surprisingly reasonable and they gave us valuable tips on recruiting a reliable subcontractor for gutter work. Outstanding job.
