  Worst experience ever. What a waste of time. I was very patient with this company and they failed in every aspect. I contacted them last fall for a siding repair job. After agreeing on the scope of the job and a price things went downhill from there. Excuses and delays followed. Finally I talked directly with the owner who apologized and gave me a tentative install date. That was March and I never heard from them again. What does it say about the company when the owner can't follow through. I contacted another siding repair company and they completed my project in three weeks. Beware and do your due diligence

  Roof and gutters installed 11/25, are great! STL Roof Rescue were in the middle of the bids submitted, but what set them apart was the low pressure, knowledgeable sales, and customer service! Chantel Davis best liaison between service, sales, production! If you’re looking for a roof, put STL Roof Rescue on the list and do yourself a favor and don’t think twice about calling them!!

  My name is kevin. I would like to state first of all about Roof Rescue. Is the person in front of the work. That is Chantel Davis. She will go to bat for you through and through until the job is done. She will answer questions and work hard with aggressive insurance companies that deny claims which was my initial case. The workmanship on my home is amazing ( roofing, facia, and gutters). I’ve had some work done before and I am an extremely pleased with Chantel and the job done. Thank you so much.
