  Unbelievably incompetent company with zero concern about customer service. The manager of the St. Peters, Missouri location and the employees know absolutely nothing about the products they sell, telling you whatever you want to hear to push their products only to show their lack of knowledge or concern by selling and ordering the wrong product multiple times showing absolutely no concerns about trying to fix their mistakes. We're weeks behind because of this so highly recommend going somewhere else if you don't want your project delayed.

  We loved our new flooring that we purchased from Mike, however, there were issues with the finish. There was a “white film” on half of the flooring that we noticed once it was being installed. We called Lumber Liquidators and were told to email them a photo and they would take a look at it. A few hours later passed with no response- we called and they said it was hard to tell from the photos and asked us to bring a piece in. We brought a piece in and they agreed there was something wrong with it. After over an hour at the store, they told us to bring the damaged boxes back and they would switch them out with new flooring that they had in stock. 43 boxes had to be exchanged which was almost an entire pallet. Needless to say, we had to still pay our flooring installer for his time on Saturday morning for us just to have to rip it out. Mike asked us how much we paid him but as of right now we have still not been reimbursed. We got a “price adjustment” because our flooring is now on sale. We would of received the price adjustment regardless if there was an issue or not since they have a 30 day price adjustment guarantee. An entire day was wasted ripping the floor out and exchanging it. And after we got all the new flooring loaded Mike made the remark of “and you thought you were going to have your flooring done today” and laughed. I didn’t think it was very funny! If you purchase flooring from here CHECK ALL THE BOXES prior to instillation! We were referred here from a family member, who has made many purchases here and no longer will be recommending this place to others.
