Marc did a fantastic job installing new recessed lights, new switches and outlet, and a new coach light. Very courteous and loved that he helped us decide on the location. We’ve used Grasser several times before and will continue because we know they always provide professional, reliable service!

I had a short list of things that I wanted done by a professional: Kevin from Grasser was exactly that.
We talked about lighting options for the basement and garage. Kevin put together a couple quotes which included updates to outlets, installing a new doorbell, and correct labels on the basement breakers.
By early afternoon he had everything completed and I'm highly pleased with the outcome.
I'm not including photos because I don't have "before" photos. Suffice it to say the results are like having a new basement and garage. Amazing what a difference well spaced, new LED bulbs make over old florescent lighting.
Thank you Grasser & Kevin. Fantastic results.

Grasser has been the easiest company to work with and they were well informed about any questions we had. They sent Brendan and Paul to install Alumicons in our outlets and switches for aluminum wire remediation in our new home. The guys were so respectful of our home and our time. Also, they got the job done while dealing with the wire salad the previous owners left behind a couple of the switches which makes us even happier that we chose Grasser.

I am totally satisfied with Grasser Electric! Paul G. was the team member who came to my house to replace all of my smoke detectors, and he was absolutely great—super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He even gave me great advice to replace one detector on each level with a unit that also detects carbon monoxide. I appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be calling them for any future needs!

I can’t recommend Jeff Bearden enough! He replaced two toilets and a shower head in my home, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. The quality of his work was excellent, and he made sure everything was installed perfectly and working flawlessly before he left.
What really stood out was his customer service. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, clean up after the job, and make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers.
If you’re looking for a reliable, honest plumber who provides exceptional service, I highly recommend Jeff Bearden. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs!
Frequently Asked Questions About Grasser Electric & Home Services
Why do my lights flicker for no reason?
Flickering lights can signal potential issues within a specific circuit. The most common causes include loose connections or circuits that are overloaded. We recommend having a qualified electrician inspect the problem to ensure your electrical system is functioning safely.
How do I know if one of my circuit breakers is actually tripped?
Circuit breakers are designed to trip when there is an overload or short circuit. Many homeowners check their breakers but don't notice a trip because most breaker brands don't visibly shift position when tripped. To properly check, gently tap each breaker toward the off position. If a breaker is tripped, it will move easily to the middle or off position. Once identified, flip it completely to off, then back to on to reset it, provided the underlying issue has been resolved. If this method doesn't work, you may need to flip each breaker off and on until you locate the tripped one.
How do I know if I have damage from a lightning strike?
A nearby or direct lightning strike typically causes various types of damage, primarily affecting items with electronic components. This includes computers, televisions, DVRs, telephones, and appliances with electronic timers or controls. Furnace and air conditioner electronics can also be impacted. The challenge with lightning damage is that much of your electrical system is concealed behind walls and in attic spaces. To accurately assess potential damage from a lightning strike, we recommend scheduling an inspection of your electrical system. Our electrician will explain the different inspection options available during the visit. In certain situations, your homeowner's insurance may cover the cost of the inspection.
