  Excellent service and professionalism. We needed a tension coil replaced, and Ryan had us on his schedule and the repair completed within 24 hours. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and provided some observations that didn’t need to be immediately addressed. He gave us a couple options to consider and left the decision up to us on how to proceed. No pressure to add the additional maintenance/service, but I appreciated him pointing out some concerns. Top notch operation and well-deserved five-star service. Thanks, Ryan!

  My garage door partially fell off the track and got slightly bent. They sent a tech out who knew exactly what he was doing. Within 5 minutes of getting there he had identified what needs fixing and pricing then started working. Quality work for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend

  Ryan’s professionalism and polite demeanor stood out both on the phone and in person. It was evident that he takes great pride in his company, the work he performed and his reputation. He has a super calm demeanor and just the right amount of confidence stemming from much experience. I always seek out smaller companies and it’s very important to me that they are truly local; this one definitely is and the owner is phenomenal, was even able to assist same day in a short amount of time, about an hour. Very well-stocked truck. He responded quickly to my voicemail (within an hour) and was able to provide a smaller 3 hr-window, arriving 20 minutes after the start of it. My garage door and opener are at least 30 yrs old and he didn’t try to sell a new unit. He inspected everything thoroughly, lubricated and checked/double-checked alignment making sure everything was smooth. He showed me all of his findings providing thorough explanations and giving his baseline rec’s before doing any work. I requested that he replace anything that even looked like it had wear or fray, or even potentially cause ANY issue in the future, considering its age. I did ask about new systems for info and pricing so I’d be prepared for it, and will most definitely be calling Ryan back. I asked for extra cards to give my realtor, coworkers, friends, family etc. because he really impressed me a lot! It’s hard to find that in some of the bigger companies because they are short staffed and end up hiring some sketchy people. Cost extremely fair, especially compared to cost of big guys. I’ve used a couple of them in past and won’t go back
