  We are so happy about our new walk in shower, it is just beautiful. Matt did an awesome job and was very professional. He didn't bring tons of material in the house at once he went and got things as he needed it and covered the floor where he was going in and out and cleaned up everything how it was. I definitely will use them again.Thank You!

  I seen one of their ads online. I’ve been thinking about doing a kitchen remodel at my house and was curious about a price. I put my information in and my telephone number. These people were calling me nonstop even on Saturday and Sunday. I finally had to tell these people I could not believe they were calling me on a Sunday while my family and I were at church that made me decide I was not gonna use this company. I could not believe they were calling me 15 to 20 times a day. They finally took me off their list but it’s like mad city windows and baths sold my information so now I’m getting scam calls 20 to 30 times a day. It’s been horrible. I don’t know what to do about it at this point. I’m thinking about reporting this company. This has been a horrible mistake me putting my telephone number in for a price. I do not suggest anyone to use this company.

  I didn’t have any expectations other than hopefully a good job was done. But when Sham Completed the project I was amazed. He did such a wonderful job quality, product And above quality work. I’m very pleased.

  Terrible experience with the sales staff. Brad constantly downplayed his competitors but was completely unable to back anything up. He literally held up a competitor's product to show how "flimsy" it was, but couldn't provide a sample of Mad City's material for comparison. He also tried to weaponize the competitor’s reputation and warranties as a reason to hire Mad City, going so far as to provide me with the other company's warranty with "problems" highlighted—yet he couldn't provide a written warranty for Mad City, offering only vague promises to "fix everything" (before walking that back to clarify it's not actually everything and presenting a contract that explicitly stated otherwise). Furthermore, he claimed a competitor's franchise model was an issue, but completely dodged questions regarding Mad City's own corporate relationship with private equity firm Titan Home Improvement, claiming instead that they are family-owned and operated out of Delaware (where they don't even have locations). The sales tactics escalated to the point where they suddenly slashed their original quote by 40%, promising to replace everything for a cost comparable to a significantly smaller, similar job I was previously quoted. ​Furthermore, he claimed that other companies use unreliable installers. I clarified that I always look for licensing to verify reliability, but he was unable to provide any actual trade licensing information despite it being advertised on their website. Instead, he just handed me a basic business license and tried to frame it as their official credentialing. ​When I informed them I would need a couple of days to think about it, the high-pressure tactics didn't stop. They continued to repeatedly call and reach out to pressure the sale. I never even got to the point of hiring them, and I’m glad I didn't. Edit for the response: I look forward to you adding your full warranty and honest corporate structure to your website.
