I scheduled an evening appointment for 6PM sharp. I received a phone call at 515PM saying my sales person was "running a little behind". I waited until 615. Then 630. Then 645. NOTHING. A company that cannot at the very least show up on time - or even show up at all - cannot be trusted to do anything correct later in the sales cycle. Avoid.

The absolute worst. One of their sales women Jasmine, to be specific, came to our home and didn’t leave for 4 hours when the quote was only supposed to take 1 hour. We were initially quoted $69k for kitchen cabinets and counters for a small/average kitchen. When we disagreed with the price, she then continued to not take no for an answer and make calls to “the big man” like we’re on the show Deal or No Deal.. and magically over the course of 4 hours got the price down to around $47k…
Throughout the entire experience, my partner and I were very clearly uncomfortable and didn’t want this expense. She upheld a very palpable fake politeness the entire time, but changed like Jeckyll and Hyde when we’d disagree with pricing. She then hit us with “I can take a no just as well as I can take a yes” when trying to offer the last pricing.. and when we said no.. she literally went silent and didn’t say a word to us and visibly got irritated and started fiddling around on her phone, leaving us in awkward silence and made to feel guilty. She was psychologically toying with us the entire time in order to make us say yes. To finish it all off, we felt so uncomfortable and pressured we finally just said yes and agreed to the $47k. She then told us “are you positive you aren’t going to cancel within the 3 day cancellation window? I’m only allowed 2 cancellations within a quarter and someone has already cancelled on me once this quarter. Id like to retire at this place” STRAIGHT UP PUTTING THE PRESSURE OF HER LIVELIHOOD ON US OVER SOME DAMN KITCHEN CABINETS THAT COST MORE THAN A NEW CAR. Maybe if you feel the need to badger your customers multiple times, begging them not to cancel, that should indicate that you know you just pressured people into something they weren’t confident in doing. She was incredibly manipulative and we were outraged when she left and immediately canceled. We took hits to our credit saying yes to this, just to get her the hell out of our house. We felt stupid for doing that, but she was incredibly good at what she does. Which is manipulation and guilt tripping. We will never support this company and will never have anything good to say about them.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We scheduled a consultation for a Monday for 6:30pm, they called at 6:20 and said they are not coming. Some guy called me and said he was “sorry” and that he put us on some “priority list” and that he wanted us to reschedule. Then, from lack of better judgement, I rescheduled with them that same week on a Thursday for 6pm. They never showed. We waited here until 8pm with two small children. I talked to 3 different people and they all said Bryan/Bryant was definitely on his way. No one ever came. No one ever called. THEN on Friday, someone else called me and tried to get me to reschedule again. Are you kidding me? Horrible business people. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. -10/10
