- KHKate hollrahMay 2, 20261.0I’m unable to rate the windows because we continue to wait on installation. We paid 50% down February 13th. After 6 weeks they came out to “remeasure”. It’s May 3 and I’m still waiting. No communication. I’ve called and sent texts. Last I heard, we were never put on the installation list and we may get them installed May 20 + 21. 2 windows. 2 days. 3 1/2 months.
