  Brandon Gill came out to understand and walkthrough my concerns after our recent roof project. He was very professional and communicated well. He was able to give answers in detail to my questions. Worked with me to identify issues, some of which were able to be fixed that day. There are still a couple issues that required more work and investigation but I feel confident that they will get taken care of after talking with him. He's been on top of things and continuing to communicate every step of the way. He is a great example of excellent customer service. We are looking forward to the completion of this project and the new gutters!

  Dale’s was great to work with. They made it easy and were all very professional. My coordinator, Chris Miller, helped me get materials to my home 2 weeks ahead of schedule and had the roof installed in less than 8 hours. The gutters were put on the next day, all very fast and professional. I felt valued as a customer and I definitely recommend this company.

  Dale's Roofing is the Best Roofing Company in Springfield, Mo. They are honest and very trustworthy; Dale Rector himself came out and gave me a Proposal of materials and labor was very fair with the price and Date of New Roof installation. I Highly recommend them if you're looking for a New Roof. The job was excellent and done on time. I would like to Thank Sammy Summers, for all he done for me to make it easy, he came out several times to check on the job to see that everything was done exactly right, clean up was excellent.   From the initial contact to the final invoicing, the DRI team is top notch. They performed a good evaluation of our roof issue and addressed our leak problem. They effectively communicated with me and my insurance. I enjoyed working with Sammy as he oversaw and addressed any of my concerns and clearly discussed issues that came up. I'm very satisfied with our new roof and highly recommend this team. I plan to use them again as the need arises.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am extremely grateful to Dale, Laura Lee, Brandon, Joe, and Richard for their hard work, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Each of them deserves recognition! Unfortunately, what should have been a smooth process turned into a very frustrating experience due to poor communication and follow-through from the Inspector originally assigned to my project. It's amazing how one person's lack of communication can overshadow the efforts of an otherwise outstanding team. What impressed me most was how the rest of the company stepped up and made things right. Joe and Richard did an excellent job on my shed roof, Dale personally ensured the work moved forward, and Laura Lee was an exceptional listener who genuinely cared about resolving my concerns. Brandon, the Warranty Specialist, went above and beyond, spending hours carefully addressing the all issues and making sure everything was completed properly. Brandon is the only reason Im giving a 5 star because the Inspector made me miserable for a month. Although the process was difficult, these individuals restored my confidence in Dale's Roofing, and I am grateful for the care and dedication they showed.
