  We have used Dales Roofing for many years for us personally & & for my husband's real estate clients. They are always professional & efficient. Starting with Jamie, the estimator, who is always prompt & easy to work with on jobs. Juilo, the roofer & his team who showed up, finished the job in record time. Brandon, the gutter guy understood the seriousness of this particular job & the expectations of why we needed this job to be done in a very short timeframe. Last but not least, Loralee. She was absolutely wonderful in helping us navigate a difficult house transaction involving the new roof & guttering. All were GREAT with communication in helping reach our target date to make the closing date happen. Thank you Dale's Roofing. We appreciate you all.   I contacted Dale’s Roofing to have our chimney cap reinstalled after it blew off in a storm. I talked to Brandy, and she had our information on file from previous repairs they had done. Due to more bad weather, we had to reschedule, and Brandy kept us updated on when to expect the service. On the day of the service, Brandon Gill texted with his expected arrival time. Brandon had the chimney cap replaced in no time. He showed us the benefits of their ‘Maintenance Club’. Thank you, Dale, Brandy, and Brandon, for doing business the way we all want and appreciate.

  After storm damage occurred at my home, Brandon Gill came out to inspect and document conditions for a repair estimate, fill in some damaged locations on the roof, and meet with my insurance adjustor. He was wonderful to work with, very informative, and answered every question I had. I ended up accepting an estimate from another company, but I would not hesitate to work with him or Dale's Roofing in the future. Very professional and a great experience with this company.

  Dales roofing installed our roof a couple years ago. We recently noticed a leak and Ethan came out to fix it. He did an amazing job in 100+ degree temps. He dug in and found the root of the problem, fixed it, and I’m confident we won’t have issues there anymore. Kudos for doing it the right way and not just slapping some silicon on it and calling g it good.

  I signed up for the DRI Maintenance Club to have a roof inspection, gutter cleaning, etc performed for the first time this year, figuring I ought to have someone that knows what to look for check things out (and keep me off the roof!). I'm very pleased with the service! Brandon Gill was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify a minor issue that was quickly remedied, and an issue that will need to be addressed sooner rather than later so I don't start having water damage. Thanks Brandon!
