  I worked with Brandon Gill for my walk through after the gutters were complete. It took the time to walk me through what was done and take some photos so I could have them for my records as well as for my insurance. He answered all of my questions and was able to answer all of them ! He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him and Dales roofing 100 percent! Shout out to Jason Rehkop for helping me understand their insurance side as well as understanding what I needed to have done and how to read and understand my estimate! One more shout out is to Justin D. Fir making sure the roof was finished up and all debris and nails were b picked up so my puppies didn’t get hurt in the yard! This entire team was fabulous and I would recommend all three of these guys as they helped make this overwhelming process much easier to manage and understand! Thank you Dales roofing!

  Wasn't able to be at home for installation, but my neighbor watched over things , took pictures and so to forward to me!! Was very pleased with the work that was done!! I also was able to watch some of work through home cameras. But I had full confidence in Dale's Roofing Co. We had used Dale's before and was very pleased with work and Company!! Gary Pliler

  Dale’s Roofing has been absolutely amazing to work with! They recently repaired a section of our roof in the extreme heat, and their team was incredible from start to finish. They worked quickly and efficiently, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was complete. A huge thank-you to Caleb and his team for their hard work and dedication! The Child Advocacy Center truly appreciates everything they did to get our roof repaired so quickly. We are so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to helping our organization!

  I can’t say enough good things about Dale’s Roofing, especially Emmit J.! He has been incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond every time we work with him. He put a temporary fix on a chimney for us back in November 2025, and here we are in August 2026, and that temporary repair is still holding up perfectly! Emmit recently came back out to update our quote for hail damage so we can move forward with the repairs. He is always punctual, professional, and his communication is absolutely immaculate. He takes the time to make sure I fully understand the work, the options, and the pricing. He is fair, honest, and has never once made me feel like he was trying to price gouge us. The Big Cedar LLC Housing Department will absolutely continue using Dale’s Roofing. Having a contractor you can trust, communicate with easily, and know will do the job right is invaluable. Emmit is truly the best, and I highly recommend Dale’s Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing company!

  Joe and Brandon came redo one of the vents that the inspector from Dale’s roofing found after roofers put on new roof. They effectively communicated with and were very friendly and to the best of my knowledge fixed the problem. Dales roofing has been exceptional in communicating and everyone at Dale’s roofing has been quick to respond from inspecting the roof, giving clear detailed estimate of cost to replace roof , and very impressed by inspector coming by during roof installment several times that day and the day after the roofing was completed. From Kyle who made the initial assessment to Jordan who inspected roof during and after and the office staff. Exceptional service!!!
