  I had a great experience with Pro Foundation Technology and thought I’d share. The service they provided from start to finish was excellent and in line with what you’d expect. However, it was after the repairs were completed and the invoice paid that they really excelled. During the course of the repair, they had a minor mishap that wasn’t noticed initially. Several days later, when noticed, I sent a photo to my representative. Within a few minutes, the GM contacted me and immediately took ownership of the issue. He, Kyle, personally came out and met me on site that very afternoon. He offered multiple options to rectify the issue. The problem was fixed, in addition to other repairs. Ultimately, I didn’t take him up on all he was willing to do, as they already did more than was necessary. That’s the benefit of dealing with a family-owned company, and truly epitomized going above and beyond! 10 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend!

  I had a structural engineer come in and do an evaluation of my foundation issues. His report said I needed 14 piers. I had 3 foundation companies give me a quote. Company 1 couldn’t read the report and recommended 12 piers, company 2 wanted to do 16 piers. Jeremy from Pro Foundation Technology looked at the report and did his inspection and said they would do exactly what the structural engineer recommended. When they came to start the work the workers realized that some of the piers were around my A/C unit. They were concerned about the safety of digging around the unit and it falling but more concerned about having to disconnect the unit during the hottest week of the summer. They figured out they could go through the garage floor so I wouldn’t have to go without air conditioning. The other companies just said we would have to disconnect it and reconnect for $700-$1000. I recommend getting a structural engineer to do an evaluation then get 3 or more bids(one being Pro Foundations). Then going with Pro Foundations!

  We had a load reduction and sump system installed over 10 years ago recently had some concerns reached out to office. They sent Zack Sanders out at no charge. Corrected the issues and worked with me highly recommend and pleased with product and customer service

  Friends referred us to Jeremy Pope at Pro Foundation Technology when our home developed a minor foundation crack. He arrived to assess and recommend our options for the repair. Jeremy was refreshingly honest with his suggestions. He told us that our repair was very minor and that we could fix it ourselves since we had already evacuated a lot of dirt to expose the crack. He spent time telling us how to do the repair and what products to use. It was so great to have someone so straightforward with his assessment of the problem with no pressure to spend the extra money using Pro Foundation. We were so pleased with their customer service via Jeremy Pope. If something more serious arises in the future, we would not hesitated to call them back.
