  The entire experience was great! To start, you can schedule online and pick times that are convenient for you. When I called to see where I was in the order of being seen, they were very understanding, polite, and informative. While it put me slightly off schedule, I could appreciate that they were trying to serve as many people without air during the heat wave. My technician, Scotty, arrived and was very easy to discuss concerns with, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, hard-working, and efficient. I will continue to use Aire Solutions for my all my HVAC needs, refer others, and specifically request Scotty due to a job very well done!

  We experienced prompt Responses they came out and checked what was wrong let us know and had it all put in within 3 days of our original call just before it got too hot So now I'm cool and it's all because of Caleb'sHardyman Hard cheerful fall work

  Caleb and Malcolm came by and cleaned out the ducts in my house. Both very nice and professional. Answered my questions. Both very nice and polite. Very respectful of my home and cleaning up after themselves. Not pushy with products and services but very knowledgeable. Thank you.

  I am very impressed with my experience with the guys from air solutions Malcolm Brown and Caleb Sandaval i had to install a whole new heat pump unit and air handler. They were very courteous and helpful on any questions I had. They protected my floors with drop cloths and wore boot coverings as well. They also made sure I knew and showed me how my new thermostat worked. They also cleaned up any mess that was involved in getting the units out after all work was completed.

  Aire Solutions came at 8:30 on the dot and worked their tails off! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Malcolm, Caleb, and David are absolutely wonderful. It started to rain and they kept right on working! They were here installing the new unit for about 10 hours and only took a small break. These 3 young men are definitely an asset to this company. When they were finishing up they swept and picked up. Absolutely love them for that!
