Just a couple weeks after the major main line repair, my shower and toilet in basement were leaking. Epic sent Nicholas again to fix. He came immediately on Monday morning (seems like all problems happen on the weekends). On time, clean, and worked hard. This was not simple fix, as Nicholas had to find where the leak was. He worked for hours, replaced the broken flange on toilet, snaked the drain, and got the problem resolved. Nicholas is a very nice young man, he explained everything, cleaned up after himself the best he could. And, the charge was reasonable. I believe they gave me a discount, (without my asking) as they had just done major work on my main line. I am so happy to have found this Plumbing company! As a senior female, I have been taken advantage of by service companies in the past. I am 100% confident that Epic is the most reputable, reasonable, and reliable there is.
