  We use the annual maintenance service to stay on top of making sure our system is ready to go. Once again the maintenance check was helpful to identify a small issue that could have turned into a big problem later this summer! Highly recommend!

  After a lot of research and several quotes, we chose Schomburg Heating & Cooling for our new furnace and AC install in January 2026, and we’re extremely glad we did! Joseph Nichols and his crew were top notch professionals from start to finish. Joseph patiently took the time to answer all of our questions, explain things in a way my wife and I would understand, and never made us feel pressured. As homeowners trying to make smart long-term decisions, that meant a lot to us. What separated Schomburg from the other companies we interviewed was their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the process. Joseph actually performed a full Manual J heat load calculation and walked us through why properly sizing the system mattered for comfort, efficiency, airflow, and long-term reliability. That level of care and education earned our trust. The install was clean, professional, and detail-oriented. The system is quieter, the airflow feels amazing throughout the house, and the comfort difference was noticeable immediately. I also appreciated the owner, Greg, taking the time to personally help clarify some permitting/jurisdiction questions we had due to our unusual Platte County/Parkville address situation. That level of responsiveness (plus the impeccable reviews already on here on Google) gave us even more confidence that we chose the right company. This review is a little late because I spent many years staying mostly off social media during my Army career, but Schomburg absolutely earned the recommendation. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC company in the Kansas City area, I highly recommend Joseph and the Schomburg team. We are lifelong customers of theirs now!

  Adam did a great job A/C system maintenance. He called before he came to the house to make sure I was home and came in and went straight to work. After checking the filter we vacuumed out some of the dust and replaced the filter with a filter I had. Then he checked on the out door AC unit. He did all the checks and washed out all the dust and debris that had collected. I know my Air conditioner will be much more efficient. We are a member of the "comfort club" (you pay one time a year and they come out fall and spring to do yearly Maintenance and if we ever have a problem they will come out and trouble shoot. I have really liked all the service we have received.

  Bill was very knowledgeable, polite, thoroughly reviewed everything with me, and provided excellent and prompt customer service!! Will be using Schomburg for all future HVAC needs! Cannot recommend their team enough!
