  Bill B.came to the rescue today! We have another HVAC company that has done our servicing for the past 3 years. This last time wasn't the best experience with them and they told us we needed a new unit. Needless to say, we called two other places for a second opinion, and Schomburg saved us so much money. The problem wasn't even addressed by anyone else. So happy with our service today.

  Joseph Nichols, the technician sent to look at our system was great! He was thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the process and costs. I would absolutely call this company in the future for my HVAC needs based on this positive experience.

  Unbelievable!! Called with an A/C outage, in mid July, and showed up 30 minutes later!! My unit needed replacement and I was up and running with a new unit in 2 hours!! The best!!!

  My clients needed a further inspection of furnace. Bill B was prompt, knowledgeable and had the ability to communicate well for first time homebuyer. I highly recommend using Schomburg and Bill B. Also, the inspection was easy to set up (vs other companies).
