I have been trying to get an answer from them about my generator was down for more than a week before I noticed it did not run it's weekly engine check run. I have the supposedly 24/7 monitoring service but it took me calling to get a service call. What happened to the monitoring service? Better think twice before signing up!!!! Tri-State replied that someone from management would be getting in touch but have not heard a word and it has been 3 weeks ago. Guess they lost my number? Or they just sloughed me off. Still waiting for an answer. Guess I should have bought the generator from someone else!
