  I had a wonderful experience with Roto Router. My technician Tony was kind, knowledgeable and respectful. He offered me a solution that was reasonable in price. He explained the cause of the concern and corrected it promptly. He spoke to me in a manner I could understand and he was neat and respectful of my home. I will recommend RotoRouter to my friends and neighbors. I was very pleased with my service and my toilet woks great.

  We got back from vacation and had no water running. I called Roto-Router and they had someone out the same day (on a Saturday no less). Dave showed up within an hour of calling, and traced my problem to a bad/corroded pressure switch. Excellent service.

  Please be advised about shady business. We received a quote for connecting our septic line to the city sewer for a home that we purchased but did not live in. I was clear that we were in the process of collecting quotes. The very next day (mind you we were not on the property), Roto Rooter came to connected the house without our permission. Their quote was much higher (thousands of dollars higher) and left out important steps that other companies added in their quotes. I even called their secretary after our quote to say we will not move forward with them. They acknowledged that they were confused and did not have permission to do the work. They then demanded payment. We were left with a destroyed yard that we had to pay thousands to re-landscape. They made many empty promises to repair what they messed up, but I was pushed around and lied to. I was left stressed and devastated. I have never had an experience with a company like this. I attempted to report them to the Better Business Bureau but they are not even registered with them. Please do not get involved with them. There are other plumbing companies in Springfield that are honest and cheaper. Biggest mistake ever!

  Mason was a great technician He listened to the issues I presented at the Bnb in Monet and was able to assure me the issues were more concerning than we believed. Will be keeping him and the company in mind for future repairs and services Professional and very quick Loved the fact that the call to confirm they are coming and have tools ready to work
