  I made a pretty big mistake and accidentally drilled into a hot water line. Needless to say, we were a little stressed, especially since it was after hours. I called Roto-Rooter right away, and they had someone at our house in about 30 minutes. Bart called beforehand, reassured us that Will would be there quickly, and made us feel a lot better about the situation. Will was fantastic. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. He got the repair taken care of quickly, explained everything along the way, and had us back up and running in no time. He also mentioned a few additional services they offer, but there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell, just genuinely helpful information in case we ever need it in the future. Really grateful for Burt, Will, and the whole Roto-Rooter team. Fast, professional, friendly, and exactly the kind of service you hope for when something goes wrong. Top-notch experience from start to finish.

  Professional from the very first call. Everyone I dealt with was on top of it. Dave the best technician in the world fixed the problem quickly. He also gave us tips on maintenance items we were not aware of. I recommend this company to everyone.

  We had a great experience with Will from Roto-Rooter who came out yesterday afternoon to inspect our sump pump. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the situation and explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. We really appreciated how patient he was in answering all of our questions and making sure we understood what was going on and what our options were. We were also very impressed with the communication from the Roto-Rooter office. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, letting us know when our technician was on his way and providing updates while he was en route. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. We also really appreciated how upfront and transparent they were about pricing, so there were no surprises. This Roto Rooter branch provided great communication and their technician is highly knowledgeable and genuinely personable. Will represented Roto-Rooter extremely well, and we were very impressed with the entire experience. We would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing this type of service.

  We had to call Roto-Rooter to install a new stainless steel water line for a new refrigerator, and to flush a water heater. Will came out and he did a great job and was so great to work with! Will, will get it done! Thanks again!

  Not really 24/7. Middle eastern telephone after 5. They'll get back to you during next business hours. Also, charged 900 bucks and didn't fix anything. Just told me to check back if it doesn't work. The ky3 commerciale with the innocent rotor rooter guy is your typical user just making his buck. Enjoy getting nothing done and if something gets done enjoy the lost income or savings!
