  Ryan and Rick were both fantastic! Nobody likes having to call for home repairs but these guys arrived same day and fixed the problem before leaving. They were both friendly and respectful, and did a wonderful job explaining the issues. My furry friends and I are so grateful to have our air conditioning up and running again. We are now cool as cucumbers again! Thank you, Ryan and Rick!

  This was our first time using Callahan H/C and Ethan Tanner is a great technician. He answered all our questions. It's not everyday a technician will go out of their way and go to bat for their customers with manufacturers but Ethan did that for us and we were so impressed. He's very knowledgeable and personable.

  I had called Callahan because of the great reviews. However, I did not have a good experience. I have 3 units on my roof and 1 was giving issues and finally went down. I was supposed to get a quote to replace it. After a couple weeks have gone by, I still did not receive a quote for repair/replacement. At this point my kitchen unit went down. I now have 2 of my 3 units not working. I had called for service to my kitchen unit. When I arrived, someone different was working on the roof and had tore apart the only working unit I had left. The technician did not know which unit was which. I had to convince him which unit I was waiting for a quote for, which one was needing service, and told him to quit working on the only good one I have left. I called the office and said that they were working on the wrong one and I shouldn't have to pay for the service call. At this time another company had come to look at the original unit thay was down to get me a quote to replace it since I still have not received a quote form Callahan. They mentioned to the Callahan tec that was trying get reading off the only working unit that the reading would not be correct because the unit was filthy. I was even more upset at this point because they have not been cleaning my coils like I thought they were supposed to. I decided to cancel all service at this point. They are still making me pay for servicing the wrong unit based on phone recordings and have taken no consideration to the face to face conversations I had with the technician. They are also not going to refund any portion of the several hundred dollar fee to clean our coils and filters. I would NOT reccomend.

  We had such a wonderful and professional experience with Callahan from start to finish! Miranda is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable about HVAC work and is super friendly and easy to work with. She went above and beyond to help us get a ton of HVAC issues fixed after an improper installation by another company last year. Speaking of above and beyond, Jordan and Dave put in a very long day of hard work to ensure everything was installed and working perfectly with our system. Both were extremely professional and friendly, and I was so impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. Everyone we spoke to in the office was wonderful as well. We would 100% recommend Callahan to anyone we know, and they will definitely be our go-to HVAC company going forward!

  I just got an estimate for a clogged waste drain line and they wanted to repipe the whole system for 10 to 12 thousand dollars and tried to pressure me into buying the 188 dollar a year maintenance before I even got the written quote which they still haven't sent and didn't even try to unclog the line. I don't think they care about customer care only misleading people to spend unnecessary amounts of money for unneeded repairs. Shameful practice no wonder they expect to do over a million dollars this year according to their own website. I couldn't afford that price so I bought 150 dollars in pipe and fittings and fixed it myself. I don't enjoy giving negative reviews but I felt it was needed to let people know to beware of such nonsense from money hungry businesses. Some elderly customers would have accepted this and paid it as you expect to be able to trust a professional company. I suspect the guys trying to sell this get some kind of commission as that makes the most sense. I hope this keeps someone else from spending an unnecessary fortune on an extremely overpriced job
