  My wife and I were in the inspection phase of buying our first house and wanted an assessment of an older looking furnace and HVAC system that the seller had little information on. The technicians, Levi and Aiden, did a thorough and professional inspection for us, highlighting parts that had been replaced, components that were beginning to fail, and signs that the system still had years of life left with some minor repairs. We’re very happy with the service provided and we would recommend them for anyone in a similar situation.

  I don't really do reviews too often, but I didn't want to pass up on this one. With the recent hail storm that came through the area, we had the possibility for some potential damage to our AC condenser. I wanted to have it looked at before our insurance adjuster came out and Callahan was recommended to me. The technician that was sent out was Miranda and I can't say enough positive things for the service that she provided. She was extremely knowledgeable and didn't mind the fact that I shadowed her as she went about her business with the inspection and maintenance (I just like understanding how things work so I can learn more on troubleshooting and maintaining things myself in the future). My initial plan was just to have their standard maintenance inspection performed on the unit, but I ultimately decided to upgrade myself to their annual plan. This was not a high pressure sales technique either, it really was just a great deal/value for what it offered and what we were needing. I can't thank Miranda enough for the help she provided on our system and the information I gained from watching her perform the maintenance. She's also sending me a full inspection report with the findings so I can share with our insurance adjuster. I highly recommend Callahan if you're looking for some AC work to be done at your home.

  All the folks who’ve come from Callahan to help get our house up to spec for selling have been very professional, personable and a pleasure to have in our home. They are all very capable of explaining what the problems are and the benefits of whatever solutions are available, in exactly the right terms for people like us whose working knowledge of these systems stops when we open panels and closets to find equipment we don’t recognize. Their training and company ethic shines through and they’re a service that does seem a cut above just knowing someone who can fix this or that; they know the ins and outs of everything they touch and they’re all really polite :)
