  Chris and grant went above and beyond for our plumbing needs. They installed 2 new toilets, well water tank, flowtech and bathroom faucet for us just as asked! They are polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! I am very grateful to have had the pleasure meet and do business with them! I would definitely recommend them and hope to have the pleasure to do business with them in the future if something were to arise. Also Chase that makes appointments ectera is very polite and friendly! Thank you very much!

  Corey came out when my downstairs ceiling was leaking due to a plumbing issue. Corey was fast to get here and was amazing. He found the problem quickly. Fixed the leak. Was personable with my children in the house and kind. He answered all of my questions with grace and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend him.

  This was my first experience with this company. I called multiple HVAC companies on a Saturday and desperately needed my AC working for my family otherwise we were gonna have to cut our weekend short here at the lake and go back home. Devin with Honest Abe’s fixed my system up quickly. I’ll definitely use them from here forward

  I had toilet issues and I called Honest Abe’s and they came out and said that we needed a new toilet. I told them that I already snaked it and he said his snake was professional so I said ok. I paid $800 for the toilet and for them to install. Well the clog kept happening. So they come back out and say well it’s not the toilet, it’s the plumbing and if you give me $10,000 I can fix it for you. So I got a new toilet for no reason, and I wasted $800 for nothing. They were not willing to reimburse for their mistake and they only want to get money out of people, as much money as they possibly can. Save your money and your time and don’t call these people. They don’t care about you.

  Our initial contact with Honest Abe's far exceeded our expectations. With 14 guests on their way to our lake home for a family 4th of July, our air conditioner stopped working. Their representative, Stan Bramer, arrived very quickly, diagnosed our issue of a faulty electrical breaker and we were ready for company. Stan was very detailed and professional. We were impressed and Stan suggested we become a member of their ongoing service club. Based on Stan's great service, Honest Abe's prompt response and an immediate discount on Stan's services, we signed up and paid the membership fee. Later on, we made two appointments for a plumbing check and appliance check. Both in early September. As the first appointment approached, Honest Abe sent many reminders of our appointment. The morning of the appointment, they tried and were unable to contact us to ensure we would be at our residence. When they did not arrive at the time we were originally told, I quit waiting and grabbed my phone. Only then did I find a message for us to call them at a specific number. I did but could not reach anyone and was transferred to "Honest Abby," an AI receptionist. after repeated attempts, I was unable to use terms "it" would understand and hung up. After a few minutes, I tried again and ended up with "Honest Abby." Again no success. The third time I called I was able to reach a customer service rep and was given a new appointment time later that morning, No one came so I contacted them again and received another appointment in the mid afternoon. Again, no one came. We then cancelled the appointment. Honest Abe's appears to have communication issues which lead to missed connections and misunderstandings. Their ability to respond and perform,, once on the job, is unquestioned. As a result, our original 5 star review was reduced to a 2 star or "Not Great."
