  Corey was personable & courteous. The job required 2 visits due to a part that needed to be ordered. He answered my questions & made sure the area was neat and clean before he finished up.

  Called 'Dis' honest Abe's. Asked if they can fix a 4 yr old GE dishwasher. They said yes. I made an appointment for 4-2 -2026. The service man they sent wasn't even an appliance repairman. Didn't know anything about any dishwasher. Ask what was wrong we told him. He had no idea. Went to his truck talked to someone on the phone for 30min. Came back in said we don't know what's wrong. Didn't even look at it! Then charged me $99 for nothing. Can't honestly recommend DisHonest Abe's If you call about an appliance beware!!!

  We had a problem with a leak in the wall of the shower. It was Saturday, we called a couple places, but none were available until Monday. We called Honest Abe, Jessica answered and was very polite and efficient. She sent STAN out within a couple hours. I was instantly put off by his demeanor. He removed the shower knob, checked it out, replaced the knob. Then he went outside to write up an estimate. This took approximately 45 minutes. I went out to make sure he was ok. He glanced at me, but went back to his tablet. First, he criticized the shower wall, and then suggested we remodel the entire shower. Seriously? We wanted the leak fixed!! He said he wouldn’t know what was wrong with it until he got in there. He wanted us to sign something saying that he had given us the summary. All he did was tell us to remodel our shower. We did not sign anything. We gave him a check for the service call, and sent him on his way.

  Possibly the worst most scammy people I’ve ever had at my house. Had an issue where my house lost water. Guy comes over to check it out immediately so I was impressed. When he arrived he kept talking it up on how big of a job it was going to be. Than called up an expert coworker on speaker and went through an almost scripted performance to further build up work load. Ran some numbers and told me they would have a crew out the next day for about $2600 to start digging up my yard. I asked if he was going to troubleshoot or do anything before quoting me. He said no. He didn’t even turn a single valve, poked his head in my crawl space but wouldn’t go in. I paid the consultation fee and he left. Called a different plumber and they came out and had everything fixed in a few hours for about $400. Clogged inlet on water softener. Don’t bother calling “honest” Abe’s. Spoke with many other people since and they have had similar experiences
