  I will keep this short. I wish anyone using this company the best of luck. Pretty showroom but that is where it stops. To summarize, cannot design a sound solution, certainly cannot measure properly, cannot scope a project at all, doesn't communicate with their contractors (who by the way some won't take jobs from them anymore), does not deliver proper materials to job site, and overall just lacking in the ability to execute. We did not even allow them to finish what we had in scope and materials ordered. Had to find another alternative who could execute. Don't expect the owner to help either. He was at our house, made some suggestions, but never communicated with the contractors. I even asked if he had communicated with the contractor. The contracts would show up without a clue what they were to do. This happened multiple times. I don't blame the contracts at all and in fact they did tremendous work when they finally had the correct materials and information for them to do the job. I would not mention their names here as I am sure they don't want to be associated with this storefront. Again, I hope everyone has a better experience than we did, but this was terrible.

  We had new laminate installed in our entry, dining room, kitchen and family room and we are so pleased. We had carpet put in both bedrooms. I changed my mind on the laminate 3 times and the team at the store, Alan, Alan and Justin were absolutely ok with changing the product on the bid and resending the bid. The timeframe for installation was very reasonable. The installation is beautiful. Bill fit the laminate so perfectly, everywhere, under the dishwasher and other appliances and around the fireplace. He matched the dark blue color of my lower cabinets and replaced the matching moulding in the kitchen. All the other moulding through out was mitered perfectly. The carpeting is beautiful also. We are so happy with the team at Barefoot. We will trust you with future projects Thank you!!!😊

  Joshua was great! We stopped in on a Saturday and he was very helpful answering all of our questions about furniture, artwork, and flooring! Can’t wait to get our new floors installed!
