  Do not use this company. I'm pretty sure they're on their way out of business. I prepaid $7,300 in May 2026 for flooring and install (They said if I prepaid, I'd get a $500 discount). Allen is the employee I worked with. I ignored how rude and unprofessional he was due to simply wanting to get this done. He told me they'd be out the following Monday. After taking off work, they were no shows. When I called, I talked to someone else who said Allen was crazy for telling me someone could come Monday.. (I never saw Allen again btw) The next date given to me was "end of June." After hearing nothing, I tried calling at the beginning of July. They were no longer taking my calls. So I took off work on a Wednesday (I work in Jefferson City) just to show up to the store for answers. Some kid stumbled over excuses for about 5 minutes before one of their vendors says "the owner is right back there and can maybe help." (The owner was close enough to hear 100% of the conversation and wasn't going to intervene). So I took it upon myself to introduce myself to him. I was calm although I shouldve been livid. The owner never changed facial expressions or showed sympathy. He had the energy of a failure; defeated. I saw the writing on the wall and demanded my refund. He said they'd have to cut me a check. I demanded the money back on my American Express. He couldn't do it. Told me to come by tomorrow for check. I had to work so I told him my girlfriend would pick it up. The following day when she arrived, he stayed they mailed it... After waiting weeks for the check, I decided to go to the store again. There was a note on the door that said "closed for family emergency." I called Amex and disputed the charge. After doing an investigation,they refunded my card. Stay away from this sinking ship. Message to owner: I understand tough times with business, but to steal from a hard working father is pathetic. You can't outrun karma, buddy.

  I will keep this short. I wish anyone using this company the best of luck. Pretty showroom but that is where it stops. To summarize, cannot design a sound solution, certainly cannot measure properly, cannot scope a project at all, doesn't communicate with their contractors (who by the way some won't take jobs from them anymore), does not deliver proper materials to job site, and overall just lacking in the ability to execute. We did not even allow them to finish what we had in scope and materials ordered. Had to find another alternative who could execute. Don't expect the owner to help either. He was at our house, made some suggestions, but never communicated with the contractors. I even asked if he had communicated with the contractor. The contracts would show up without a clue what they were to do. This happened multiple times. I don't blame the contracts at all and in fact they did tremendous work when they finally had the correct materials and information for them to do the job. I would not mention their names here as I am sure they don't want to be associated with this storefront. Again, I hope everyone has a better experience than we did, but this was terrible.

  Great experience shopping here. Our salesman was knowledgeable, fun and so friendly! He was a tremendous help with our idea plan. We took home samples to try and our plan is coming together! The entire staff was a pleasure to work with.
