  The work that was done was good (roof, gutters, some aluminum porch wrap). Timeliness- not so great(dragged on way too long). Communication - not good at all. Would go weeks without hearing anything. I had to call/text. My initial contact, John, was great - he was pretty good about trying to keep me in the loop, plus sometimes he would be here after the workers left, and he would be cleaning up after them. Good guy - very nice guy. They need guys like John. I spoke with Michael, the owner a few times - also a good guy. He did me square.

  I had a great experience with Second To None Exteriors. After dealing with some recent storm damage, they made the roof installation process incredibly smooth. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of the work is top-notch. It's a relief to have the roof back in perfect shape. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable roofer in Chesterfield.

  Second to None Exterior, LLC replaced our entire roof. They did a wonderful job. The staff was professional, polite, and punctual. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. They followed up with a thorough clean up. We highly recommend them.

  We recently had our entire roof and siding replaced after hail damage, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the whole team was easy to work with, professional, and incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and even the owner was readily available whenever we had questions or needed anything clarified. The quality of the work speaks for itself — the house looks amazing, and the attention to detail really shows. They made what could have been a stressful insurance restoration process feel smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing exterior work done!

  This whole of adventure started when I gotta knock at the door from Brett asking. Could he do a free inspection? I said yes and it turned into a major storm damage claim that replaced roof, gutters, storm door, garage door, and skylight. This company is amazing to work with the communication has always been top tier. Mike may be the owner but he is humble and has 20+ years of experience and not ashamed to get his hands dirty to keep the customer satisfied. The financial process was smooth. I would GLADLY recommend Second To None to anyone looking for exterior work. Mike referred to amazing subcontractors as well that do great work at competitive pricing. J Bex Construction for the interior and Straight Up Garage Doors for your garage door needs. It was a pleasure and they did great work.
