  Couldn’t be happier! The price was less than half what Roto Rooter told us. So glad I said no to RR and called Quality Plumbing. Andy cleared the clogged kitchen sink in 20 minutes. Appointment from start to finish was 30 minutes. I will always call Quality Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

  Dominic did some troubleshooting to determine source of leak-which was hot water tank. We needed a pressure valve- He ran down the elusive parts, installed them and gave us some advice to extend longevity of our hot water tanks,

  Excellent work! I had my sewer scoped and garage drains cleaned out. Collin measured depth all the way to the city sewer line and walked me through the process. He also fixed my garage drains so they flowed freely again.

  After yet another interaction with Quality Plumbing, I realized I haven't left a review, which is crazy because I recommend Quality Plumbing to everyone! We always work with the North KC location & have appreciated their expertise. We've been using Quality Plumbing since 2016. We had a problem with our first home where water kept pouring into our basement whenever we ran the washer and the kitchen sink at the same time. We had three different companies out to address it and it was never fixed, then we called Quality Plumbing. Brett came out & just by looking at the same pipe everyone else had seen, diagnosed & resolved the problem. The pipe installed was simply too small to carry the volume of water being sent through it. We never had another overflow. Since then, we've had Brett out to three different residences & every single time he quickly diagnosed and resolved any issues. He's not just super knowledgeable, he's also friendly & personable. He's replaced toilets, checked work after remodels & made corrections, replaced sinks, installed water lines for a fridge & done a complete inspection & correction of all plumbing when we purchased a new home. We usually ask for him by name, he's great! Yesterday we had Josh & James out to diagnose a leak that happened while we were out of town that overflowed from our primary bathroom into our basement. After a thorough inspection, the toilet was replaced, as well as a failed shut off valve and failed water pressure valve release. I'm so thankful that James double checked the water main shut off valve when we told him our son couldn't get it turned off! He was very helpful & professional!
