I had a sewer pipe leak and a clogged drain. It was definitely an emergency as it was spreading out in my basement. Unfortunately this was detected in the evening. After calling several companies that listed “24 hour emergency services,” all said that they didn’t have it available! My basement mess was spreading and I was extremely stressed out. I called Quality Plumbing and reached a real person around 10:30 pm. They had an emergency plumber available, although he was out on a job. Curtis arrived at 2:30 am and found the issues right away. He was extremely professional (even in the middle of the night!) and worked hard to fix the problems. He did a great job and left the workspace clean and I am now in the process of sterilizing the affected areas. Thank you Quality Plumbing for sending Curtis out…my basement would have been affected in a much larger area with sewage had I had to wait for the first available appointment the next morning!

Quality Plumbing delivered an outstanding experience today. Brooks was efficient, knowledgeable, and completely professional from the moment he arrived. We had a drain back‑up issue, and he was able to quickly diagnose the source of the problem and resolve it without any wasted time or uncertainty. It’s clear he knows his craft — the way he explained the issue, walked through the solution, and ensured everything was running smoothly afterward made the whole experience feel seamless. As a small, family‑owned business, Quality Plumbing continues to earn my trust with service like this. I appreciate the responsiveness, the clarity, and the level of care they bring every time.

I completed the quote request at their website. Appointment time offered immediately so I chose the very next day’s appointment window and entered my time preference within that timeframe. Got a call from Caleb the day before the appointment to confirm. On the day of the appointment I got a text saying he was on his way. He arrived on time at my preferred timing within the appointment window. Very polite and professional. Replaced a leaky older water shutoff and a leaky wash machine shutoff valve. Very affordable. Great work. I would highly recommend!
