  This is the only company that I will call for my Plumbing issues. This time Mike Boonstoppel came and took care of my leaky faucets. He was exceptionally pleasant and answered all my questions, and goodness knows I always have questions! I strongly recommend this company! They have always gone above and beyond In service and in personality and professionalism!

  They answered the phone for one, which I had called two others that one I left two msgs & never heard from them. Another, had a mailbox that was full! How do you have a business & have a mailbox that is full?? They called ahead of time to make sure we were on the same page for what I was needing done & then showed up on time, did a fabulous job & were very professional! I will definitely be using them again.

  Very polite and friendly, texted when on his way. Worked fast and cleaned up. Is helping us get a new hot water heater still under warranty that stopped working which was only three yrs old. Prices are very fair..

  Josh P was absolutely fantastic. Took him very little time to find the problem and fix. Very professional and knowledgeable. He even took the time to discuss preventative measures we could take to avoid this from happening. We had an outdoor spigot that was leaking into the house. Would recommend the company and Josh again for any home owners.

  Our house had 4 small issues that needed fixing. We had another plumbing company give us a bid for around $3000 and estimated that it would take 4-6 hours. We thought this was outrageous, so not knowing who to contact, I googled plumbers in the Kansas City area and saw high ratings for Quality Plumbing. I asked for an hourly quote over the phone and thought the rate was quite reasonable. Mike came to our home and I reviewed the 4 issues with him. He set to work on them and had the first one (a new outside spigot) done in less than 15 minutes. He quickly and expertly finished the 3 other issues, with a total time of less than 2 hours. Our total cost was around 20% of the other company’s estimate and about one third the time. Mike was friendly and thoroughly answered each of my questions. I truly do not believe I have ever had better service from any company doing work on my home!
