  We noticed the smell of burning wires with our breakers running hot. Called for service and Frank advised us to turn off our breakers and he came within two hours. Frank had other jobs scheduled, but prioritize us as an emergency. An emergency was exactly what we had, with two breakers not thrown but started to literally melt. Frank showed us the damage and without a doubt he saved us from what could have been a catastrophic fire. He had to run wiring under our house and noticed a leaking pipe and fixed it as well. The cold weather took its toll on our house. I expected an astronomical bill for this emergency service. Frank understands fairness for his rates and did not charge more than he for a standard service. Frank thank you so much for your care for our family. I highly recommend Frank for his professionalism and more than fair rates.

  We have called Frank several times and he always comes when he says he will, and fixes the problem professionally. One time our shower would not turn off on a Sunday morning. Frank came out about 8am and fixed it. Thanks.

  Frank found the issue with my leaking faucet and replaced it with a new one. He was prompt, nice and got the job done. He has done a lot of work for me and can do anything!
