  Cody and his co-worker, did a fantastic job of fixing a sagging floor for us. The crawl space was extremely low and hard to get to. They didn't complain one single time, and had a very positive attitude during the entire project. Communication was great. Couldn't be more happy with their work, and this company in general. Highly recommend!

  We called with a foundation problem and the office staff and technical staff were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. They provided us with ideas on fixing the issue without a major repair. If we need to have repair work done in the future, we will call Smouse Bros to help us out.

  They came in cheaper than the other estimates I got. That’s not why I chose them. I chose Smouse Brothers because they pointed out things under my house that needed attention as well. Their competitors did not point those things out. They also expected repairs to be 2 days. They got it done in a day. Very happy. Highly recommended!

  It was stressful making a decision on who to hire to improve our wet, smelly crawl space. Prior work was less than adequate. I went with Smouse Bros and it was the right choice. Jake Smouse spent the time needed to assess the problems and answer all my questions - never choosing the “hard sell” route. Conner, Jacob and Trevor did the dirty work. Conner took the lead and they all were professional, courteous, and explained whatever I had questions about. Their hard work was impressive, and the crawl space is very much improved. The new access well and surrounding grounds are better than they found it. They planted grass seed and covered with straw where they had to dig out for a larger access. I’m old school with my expectations and they didn’t disappoint. In their office, Pam was great at knowing the business and keeping me informed. It’s recently finished, but my expectations are continued appreciation for their work and personal attention. Not hesitating to recommend their services for whatever work they can help you with.

  Tanner and crew (Eddie and Shawn) did a great job on our crawlspace encapsulation in Bella Vista. It also included a perimeter drain and sump pump installation. They showed up as scheduled and were very considerate, putting down cardboard and plastic to protect the carpet, and coordinating with us on schedules. I was able to inspect the progress during the job, and the end result looks really good. We've only had one big rain since the job was completed last week, and the encapsulation seems to be keeping the moisture at bay. The trench for the sump pump drain got washed out, but when I called Tanner to let him know, he was back within 24 hours to fill it back in with heavier rock. Great service - highly recommended.
