Caleb did an excellent diagnosis including recalibrating the thermostats and ensuring everything was functioning correctly. We signed up for the membership for $99/ year that included today’s service call (normally $89). The membership includes no charge dispatch and diagnostic visits, full 25 point maintenance visit on request, 10% discount on repairs and air quality upgrades. 10/10 recommend!

He was very concise and didn't come off as pushy like the others. So I went forward with the purchase as the price was fair. Kynion and his team were very effecient and we're able to install an Entirely new system the very next day while I was at work. I would highly recommend Queen City if you're needing an HVAC install!
