  Absolutely over priced company for HVAC. They are charging $140.00 a pound for R410a refrigerant. Average going price is a 25 pound tank for 250.00 to 300.00 and 75.00 per pound for homeowners. The office told me they couldn't tell me what the cost off the refrigerant would be, that the techs set the price and she would have to send out the tech for a trip fee of 89.00 before I could get the price. Then the technician said the cost was 140 a pound, when I asked why it was so expensive, he said the office sets the price. The high pressure line had a small hole that needed brazed with nitrogen before the system could be vacuumed and pressure tested. Then he added up the numbers and came back with a total cost of $2,400. My system is 8 pounds including line set which at their rate is 1,120 in refrigerant and 1,280.00 in labor to braze a small hole, with dirt cheap nitrogen gas, a vacuum pump that only requires a 5 dollar oil change after use and labor for a 20 minute brazing job, a 30 minute pressure test and 30 minute system recharge for 1,280.00. and even more infuriating, tried to sell me a new system after I told him the system is 12 years old, but sat unused for more than 9 of those years. This company is an absolute RIP OFF!! But on the up side, I signed up to take my epa test in Springfield and passed my pre test in core and type 2 with flying colors today. will be buying my own refrigerant and doing my own A/C after dealing with this company.

  Daniel was very professional and gave us an honest assessment of how to resolve our issue. He covered the trade-offs between the different options and gave us his recommendation for which would be more suitable. He also as able to schedule an estimated to come out quickly.

  Travis, Aden & Joe worked extra today to install my new ac so that I wouldn't have to wait until Monday in this 90 degree weather! They worked hard all day & did an outstanding job! They are very knowledgeable and professional & a delight to have come help me! Thank you so very much! Patt Hultz

  I'm telling ya Austin Lewis came out on July 3rd, a very nice and absolutely very respectful young man and knew within 5 minutes of talking to me what the problem was, he grabbed his tools and started working. He worked safe and efficiently and got the job done. Thank you so much Austin YOUR THE GUY!!!!!!!

  Terrible company, charged me 89 dollars just to tell me it would cost me another almost 800 dollars to replace a garbage disposal after I had already went and bought one to replace it with. Said the extra was because they had to replace the basket to. it comes with the disposal. Then they left and didn't give me my receipt for the 89 dollars cash I gave the technician
