  Jacob came and did a complete and quick repair of my two kitchen sink problems. It certainly would have been a frustrating problem if I had tried to do it myself. Let an experienced professional do it.

  Pascal did full electric and heat/air install on my old farmhouse in fair grove! I highly recommend! Great installers! I picked them in the beginning because of their financing options. But after getting my electric and hvac I would recommend them to anyone for there services. Thank you Pascal!!!

  Paschal's guys seemed competent when they came out to look at our HVAC, and took a bunch of pictures, etc. Then they were supposed to give us an estimate. It never came. It texted them, I called them twice, both times whoever answered the phone said "I'll give them the message", and nothing, ever. Our problem was a tough one, and I guess Paschal only accepts the easy, low-hanging fruit, and avoids anything that might be complicated, making their CSR's lie for them and pretend. Oh, and don't get on their mailing list, I've unsubscribed multiple times and they keep on coming.

  For 30 - 45 minutes worth of work and a $70 part, they tried charging me $600 just to replace a capacitor in my ac unit. Austin my service tech was great and very professional. I asked him to remove it and just paid the $89 service fee for him to just come out. I would recommend him just not paschal. I was not going to pay that price for not even a full hour of work. That did not include anything extra just changing out the part.

  Thank you all so much for being so kind when I was so upset. I appreciate you trying to make it right. Your customer service is 100% . Being kind when a customer is upset about something is rare these days. I am so thankful and appreciate the amazing very hard work they did on the hottest of days.. I will recommend you all. I will spread the word about the amazing hard work you all do. You arrived to our cottage during the busiest hottest summer with choices and a quote so fast, an appointment for install, gave us the best deal with a discount, explained everything so well about what you all offer in equipment to people who don’t know anything about HVAC so we could make the best decision. Gave us equipment to keep us cool and then made an install in only a couple of days. That’s above and beyond a 5 star rating .. I’m thankful from the bottom of my heart.
