  Total professionals. I called them on a Friday right before closing time. I sope to Hunter Demery and he would have someone come out. Well not only did he showed up personally he was able to get my pump running and just like that we had water. Best $175 I've ever spent. I don't know why people are saying they are a scam for there services but I whole heartedly don't agreed with them! Hunter was totally professional about the whole thing he even told me that soon I would need to a new well and he was kind enough to right me an estimate for the well replacement and was $3000 cheaper than the last guy I had come out to work on replacing he quoted me $10,000 or more depending on how long it took them. The guy was a total A-hole about it. He even told me to shut up and go inside my house. He literally said that, he got a negative review on Google and called me back later asking me to delete my post he would even return my money. I told him ok and went into reviews and updated my post including him begging me to delete my post. I so happy that Hunter Demery came out I even offered him a cold bottle of water cause it was hot outside and even hotter in the well house. Total professionals. Thank You For service call.

  Do not use them for septic inspection. They will flat out lie to sell you a replacement. We had to get a second opinion.

  EXCELLENT & professional service and they arrived quickly when my water went out. THANK YOU!! A+ This is my 2nd time to use this company. (Both times because of storm damage/surges) Both times I was very pleased! Very pleasant employees at the office and in the field! I appreciate the caring attitudes!

  Total con artists. They charged us $175 just to show up after the fact, without ever clearly informing us there would be a service call fee. There was no transparency upfront, and that is completely unacceptable. The visit lasted roughly 10 minutes. When I politely asked if the charge could be prorated to reflect the actual time spent, she doubled down, became defensive, and copped an attitude. Instead of trying to resolve the concern, she acted as if she was justified in taking the full amount regardless of the circumstances. This felt dishonest and exploitative. Buyer beware. They charge far too much for far too little, and customer service is clearly not a priority. I will not be using their services again.

  Only pump service in the area that gave me an answer. Had mr pump come out incompetent as all get out. Hustons was busy and couldn't get out for 3 weeks and Letts had the issue fixed in an hour. Great company owned by real people. Can't thank em enough.
