- MEMichelle EhrenreichNov 25, 20245.0If you're looking for excellent service, you'll find it with Lockwood Refrigeration. Our generator needed some TLC and didn't know who to reach out to. Gave this company a call and they took good care of us. Landon came out and listened intently to what we knew was wrong, then inspected the generator. He explained in detail what was needed and his expert opinion to fix everything. Landon was very thorough, professional and did an excellent job. Can't thank you enough for your help.

- RWRebecca WatkinsSep 8, 20201.0My ac/heat pump started not blowing well. It had cold air but no force. The tech checked coolant and noticed a few bent fins and said that was my problem and that my 3 year old unit would need replaced soon. $94.00 for 10 minutes "work" and didn't even use a fin brush to straighten the fins said he could schedule to come back to do that.I called someone else that came out & looked at unit, seen that it was plenty cold just not blowing, he checked vents, straightened fins then checked duct work. The duct passover had come down so cold air was blowing under the house. $120 problem solved BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN LOCKWOOD. When I called the owner and asked for maybe a reduced price considering...I was told that once the tech noticed the fins there was no need to look further and that I should just do business elsewhere in the future no discount. I WILL DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE!!
