Terrible. We spent over $10,000 for a new mini split system that never worked correctly after repeated calls and numerous technicians failed to fix it. They promised to call Mitsubishi tech support and have them walk through the system with them. They came out and waited on hold for some time but left because they were on hold too long. Terrible service, quality of work and they won’t stand behind their product or work. Don’t trust the positive reviews, look elsewhere. Sold the house, so glad to not have to deal with the disaster anymore.

I had my yearly maintenance check-up on my geo-thermal unit on Monday, October 5th, and I'm very pleased with the service. The technician, Jared, was cordial and pleasant to talk with. He went about his work in a professional manner and took the time to answer some questions I had about my system. Jared performed several tests on the unit to make sure it was in great running condition, which gave me confidence that everything was in order. I appreciate FTS Heating and Cooling for providing such reliable and thorough service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance or repair. C.A. P

As a return customer I am happy once again with the technician, the work done, and quotes recieved for future services as the two furnaces I have are older and needed checked. Prices I find comparable to others here and companies in springfield can run higher at times. But nothing beats the service you get with FTS!!!! Anthony Z.

Professional team and reasonably priced with options to try and fit whatever budget you have. We had a full A/C, heat pump, gas system with complete duct work replacement. The standouts for us were Tanner (the team lead?) made sure we understood everything that was getting installed was patient and professional through all my questions. His team was quick, courteous, and thoughtful of us, the impact to us while they worked, and the area they had to work in. Honestly can’t say enough good things about these guys.
