He seems very knowledgeable and explained everything he did after asking my permission. I don't know about geothermal except what I learned from the JTS employees and feel confident that Jared will suggest the right options. Thank you Jared for your service and support!
- MAMike AndressMay 13, 20265.05/12/26 Trevor,the technician, provided professional, knowledgeable service repairing our system that had a failed electrical connection. He made a new connection and performed multiple diagnostics on the condensor(exterior unit) as well as the interior unit/ air handler. Advised me of the potential future issues of certain components because of amperage draw that was high and other criteria. He was very thorough, personable and I highly recommend him and FTS heating. We have two separate systems, at our home,and this was the older unit and I have scheduled an appointment with their sales team to provide an estimate for a new system as this unit is old and has already outperformed the typical lifespan. Their team has made follow up calls to gage our satisfaction and have made a highly favorable impression as well as providing a quality service.

Andrew did a great job, answered my questions and I had him install a surge protector after we discussed what it would protect.
