They responded first thing the next morning with a time for someone to come out and look at it. Josh showed up early morning, evaluated the situation and knew exactly what the problem was. He had the parts with him, fixed it within 1/2 hour. He was fast efficient and very knowledgeable with what needed fixing. I appreciated their timeliness and efficiency to get my air conditioner working properly again. Great customer service!
