- KDKaren DeLay2 days ago5.0Josh with Hale’s Heating and Cooling got here super fast to get my air conditioner up and running. He was very informative and explained everything along the way. I told him how important it is to keep my home’s temperature low because I have an elderly Newfoundland dog that can get overheated easily due to her breed ‘s size and her age (almost 10 years old!). Josh was very sweet to my dog Lilly too! I included a picture of her for reference. Thank you so much!!!

Called Hales thisbyear for a 2nd opinion and it took the tech (Josh) all of about 15 to 20 minutes to find a line leaking at the outside condenser. I would have paid over $3k if I would have trusted the other company. Weighing my options of repair/replacement but the honesty and attention to detail with Hales made all the difference. Thank you!
