It was 7:00 when I called Hale's and left a message on the emergency line explaining that my father had open heart surgery the week prior and was not supposed to get to hot. Not only did Annie call me right back she also had a tech coming out between 10-2. Not only did Josh show up but stayed until it was up and running which included having to get a different motor than what he had on his truck. I can not express how much their extra effort made an already stressful week so much better. 10 stars!
