- SSShannayaJun 4, 20261.0This review is long overdue but well deserved. My experience with this company was absolutely horrible and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. One of the pictures attached to this review list much of my complaints but to recap, 1. Four different crews came out to correctly stain my wood floors. None of the crews spoke English which made it even more difficult to voice my concerns and expectations. 2. Gaps are left all throughout my home because no one explained to me that a liner should be put down first. This issue can be debated, but I believe an experienced flooring company should have addressed it beforehand, or at least after they noticed gaps between the entryways and the floors. 3. I was so unhappy with their work that I canceled future work that was supposed to be completed. At the time, my home was empty. They were not rushed and had ample time to do a thorough job. I paid in cash and was not compensated for these mess-ups. Just a terrible experience and company overall.

Contractors doing the installation were very fast and seemed to do a good job; but be aware that you will have to clean up some little things after the contractors are gone.
