  Over the weekend, I needed some help with my water heater pipes. Zach came and he listened. I explained the concern and what another expert had shared with me. He tested everything and checked for any leaking gas, and ultimately, made us feel safe with the outcome. He also checked my compressor unit when I was wondering about my AC going off and on. I will definitely use them again!

  Dwight was amazing and broke it down for us to understand what was happening. He did an amazing job and was fast to solve it in no time happy they keep apareparta on hand. Again an amazing job getting us feeling cool in this muggy weatbrr. Even signing up for the membership because if you don't know and aren't qualified call the best.

  First Mat came out, and identified where the water was accumulating in the attic, he pumped it out and thought he got the system running again and cleared the drain line. The next day Travis was doing a follow up, from a repair that happened the day before. My upstairs AC quit working. Turns out the catch basin was full of water Again. He says he got it working again, but he spilled enough water in the attic that it’s left water spots in my ceiling. Bret recharged The system. He has been out before and always seems very knowledgeable and understands my need to know what’s going on with my system for future reference. Other than having to repair the water damage, assuming my AC keeps working, I’m happy with that

  I was told I was getting a tune up, which they did, but he tried to tell me I needed a new hvac system. I called My American Home shield and their technician said I didn’t need a new system, he just repaired a leak and added coolant. ONE HOUR only wants to sell you something.

  I had an excellent experience with One Hour Heating & Cooling of Lee’s Summit. Josh Briggs was my service technician, and he was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The company responded quickly, arrived on time, and provided fast, reliable HVAC service. Great customer service from start to finish!
