There was a little hiccup with the appointment, had I not called they wouldn't have showed up. A tech wasn't assigned, but the person who answered my call found someone immediately to assign my appointment to. The service man was punctual, polite, and did a good job with our humidifier installation.

Friendly customer service, easy to reach. Flexible scheduling. The technician arrived exactly in the hour window that was scheduled. He was able to very quickly diagnose the problem, had the part available, and completed our repair without issue. The price seemed reasonable and fair. Would definitely call them again.
