  Justin Reed gets such a huge shout out. He's an amazing technician. He's very skilled, friendly and respectful. Our dog Daisy adored him as well. This company has some of the best employees. Thank you as always for a great interaction.

  Technicians arrived on time for our appt. Very knowledgeable team that evaluated our garage application for a mini split installation. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend. Intend to move forward with the job.

  I was very impressed with David. He came out expeditiously to get my air conditioner back running. He was able to determine the problem rather quickly. He fixed it and got the air conditioner back running. He gave me some good pointers on what to look for before serious issues occur. He was very congenital and professional. I would highly recommend him if you are having HVAC problems. Thanks again! Henry

  Late afternoon of Jul 29 I had a problem with my AC. I called to make an appointment for the morning (8 a.m. - 10 a.m.) of the 30th, since it didn't seem to be an emergency. I received a call on the 30th they had a lot of "emergencies" & could they reschedule for the morning (8 a.m. - 10 a.m.) of the 31st. My problem didn't seem to be an emergency so I agreed. On the 31st at almost 11 a.m. I hadn't heard anything so I called. Again I got a lot of excuses & said someone should be here about 1 p.m. At that point I canceled my appointment & said I would go somewhere else. They had installed a new furnace & AC in my house 4 years ago. I will be seeking service elsewhere.
