  We just swapped from a previous HVAC provider because of terrible experiences (both with the company and the tech). Lees Summit was incredibly responsive, and David Appleman our tech brought the trust and knowledge we were looking for. Very happy with our experience!

  I had a call-in at the end of the day. I was able to have technician Devin arrive in an hour. He was very professional, courteous and informative. Very thorough to identify the issue and provided comfort of cooling the house. He will follow -up next week as we address more attention to resolve the problem. I am very satisfied with the honest and timely service

  We joined the monthly program at the beginning of the year. Since then we've had heating and attic fan work done. While the technicians completing those services were good, the communication from the front office was terrible. Appointments were moved or cancelled with no notice. We would have to call to get them rescheduled. It was irritating. We finally decided we'd cancel after getting our annual AC maintenance. Once again the appointment was moved( without notifying us) so by the time Joe C arrived to inspect, we were not happy campers. However Joe did a fantastic job on our 2 units. He was very informative and gave us many options to choose from explaining in great detail along the way. Honestly, he's the only reason we didn't cancel the monthly plan after the work was completed. We've had many contractors give us a doomsday scenarios along with a high repair bill. Joe did none of this. He answered any and all questions. He cared about his work, our equipment and our well being. It was refreshing. Thanks Joe C!

  My wife and I needed instant help with our air-conditioning unit and we called Lee Summit heating and cooling to come out to us in Eagle Creek. They offered great service and did a thorough check of our AC and heating unit to verify that our unit was working correctly and gave us tips on how to ensure that we could maintain our equipment to get longer life out of our heating and AC equipment.

  Lees Summit Heating and Cooling has literally been a blessing to me. I didn’t know about the maintenance of the Generac generator they installed and even though it should have been completed long ago they did the first maintained without charge. I cannot express how much I appreciated that and the professional service of the gentleman doing the maintenance. They made this widow feel secure knowing I could trust them to help me.
