  Joe did a great job, he took the time to tell me about a few things to look for in my aging hvac system. Hopefully I can squeeze a few more years out of it. All testing and cleaning was very efficient and hopefully worthwhile.

  Spent $12,000 on an entire new hvac system and have had nothing but problems since day 1 and it's all craftsmanship issues and bad wiring the house was 95°+ when I got home after they installed the unit due to the thermostat being wired wrong and keeping the heater circuit running full blast all day then come summer I have to reset the diag module they put on my system without my knowledge or permission due to it being wired wrong as well everyone tbat came out out lol at the system tried to charge me more for repairs on a new system under warranty that their techs installed WRONG good thing I can read a wiring diagram id hate to see the final bill from all I had to fix and rewire this is the second review I have had to leave because this company had my previous review removed when I declined to talk to them anymore so the yanked my review despite being a truthful review of their company and lack of workmanship they are all nice and charming at the beginning but once they have you money they will do everything to make it seem as if you are the problem not the fact that they obviously have some training issues and technicians that have trouble doing the basic parts of the job

  I have had David Appleman as my Technician several times. And each time he has been Affable, Knowledgeable, friendly and does a darn good job and explains everything that was done or that needs to be done so I totally understand what has happened.

  This company was very easy to work with and affordable for a yearly air conditioning inspection. Justin was early, polite, and explained everything he was doing. They also called to offer me a sooner appointment should I want to get things done quicker. Great experience!

  I Do not recommend this company!!! We initially had service planned with Lees Summit Heating And Cooling on a Friday, but they canceled on us last minute!! We were in desperate need of help. They nevwr evwn offered a Saturday service call for the inconvenience!! We called Alliance Heating And Cooling and Eric came on a Saturday and quickly and professionally diagnosed our problem and although he fixed our unit we went ahead and purchased an upgrade very reasonably priced and with their fast, easy, and affordable financing options! Two days later Eric and Dillon came and wasted no time with a complete tear out and replacement of our Heating And Air systems. They were very friendly, professional, and clean throughout the entire process. My wife and I couldn't be anymore pleased and will always highly recommend them !! Thank you Alliance Heating And Cooling!!
