I would recommend KCRR for your remodeling needs. In February, KCRR was called in at the last minute because the original contractor failed to start/finish the last phase of our project to add an awning over the back door of our house. They came in assessed the situation and felt they needed to tear into the back of the house. They realized a house built in 1885 may not have what is required to hold up a custom awning. I agreed and they opened up wall around the door and found a wall that in no way would have supported the awning. They made the required changes (basically a new wall). They rebuilt the wall inside and out and you can't tell from either side that the wall was removed. Ryan, Chris and their crew (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) were easy to work with and they took pride in their work. Just recently, I was hoping to get their help with another project, but things didn't work out.
