  Mason, from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, came to fix our shower handle today. We thought we needed a whole new one, but he was able to see that it would be a much simpler fix and took care of it promptly. Mason showed up on time and is very friendly and polite. Great service from a great company!

  Heather was an absolute pleasure to book with. Booking was easy and they were available exactly when I hoped to book. Jewell completed the work (installing a new gas kitchen stove connection) quickly and safely. He explained everything to me, quoted the price up front and completed the work within a great amount of time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a true pleasure to chat with while he was working. I highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing for any work you might need to have done.

  Andie was the technician that came to my home. He was thorough, prompt, and extremely courteous. He made every attempt to fully unblock my line. When he could not get it completely resolved, he made a recommendation that I am investigating before moving forward. It was much appreciated and gave me something to think about before jumping in and spending money that I may or may not have to spend. Would definitely recommend these folks.

  They did what they said they would do. Came out and for the advertised price of $59, unclogged a basement drain. These guys s are a pleasure to work with. All the way from how I was treated on my first call to the scheduler to the call telling me to expect the Plummer in 15 minutes. And then Peter showed up. Probably the nicest Plummer I’ve dealt with in 40 years of home ownership. Plus very knowable about what was going on. He set my mind at ease. Was out of my house in 20 minutes like he said he would be. These guys are my plumbers in the future!
