I told him my issue and he let me know I actually needed to talk to an HVAC guy due to the concern. Later that day, I followed up with HVAC and told that guy what Jason had shared. He said, "Wow! I can tell that guy is incredibly experienced because I would not have even thought that could have been the cause of this problem." Jason took time to listen to me and he guided me in the right direction. I am very thankful to him. If I ever have a plumbing issue, B&L is where I will go!
