He re-created the issue just so he could upsell us on a service that was not covered by our insurance. He refused to use a camera scope. He told us that he could not request a camera scope through our insurance. The insurance told us only the plumber could request it. We're seeking a second opinion. You should, too.

They were very kind and polite, plus took the time to thoroughly explain my issues and advise me on needed repairs. They also did not try to upsale me on any other items that were not need. I truly appreciated their honesty and patience.

Showed up when they said, gave estimate and stayed with it. Here's the kicker ... We messed up and called someone else 1st. They quoted us $1000's, yes multiple, more. B&L has a customer for life! Thanks Billy, Jason and Junior!!!!!!
