  Dakota was on time and very professional. He took great care of us and diagnosed our issue within 30 min. He then explained pricing and repair options without pressuring us to make a decision or pushing unneeded services. His attitude was bright and upbeat which is refreshing seeing an employee represent their company so well. I would highly recommend their services.

  FTS installed a new heat pump unit 3 years ago. They've always responded to my calls in a timely manner. I love their done right guarantee. I called them about a clunking noise in the outdoor unit. They sent Jared out the next day. Jared found the source of the noise, explained to me why it happens occasionally in language I could understand. Jared was professional, courteous, listened to me, answered my questions and seemed very knowledgeable . He was very transparent about costs and services they provide. Thank you, Jared and FTS.

  Tanner, Ethan, and their crew did an excellent job installing the new AC/Furnace. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would recommend them for family and friends that need HVAC work done!
