Not only did they tell and explain the work they were doing, but showed and told me what and why they were doing it. And even explained that if such and such were to happen, what to do about it, and what to look for, and go about the problem so it doesn't make matters worse. They not only deserve a bonus, but also a huge raise, because they both went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the work they did.
