  Superior offers quality products, responsive service and skilled professionals. We started using Superior in 2022, and they have earned all of our future business and referrals. We are on the plan that includes semi-annual maintenance and also offers some discounts for the plumbing side of their business. I do not write reviews often, but my tech today, Jerry A. provided a thorough and professional visit service visit today that compelled me to finally write the good review this company deserves. Jerry was not only thorough and knowledgeable, but also a very conscientious visitor, mindful of putting on removing shoe coverings for the multiple outside tracks he had to take to access one of my units. Side note on the plumbing - we used them earlier this year and also got an estimate for a future job that we definitely will be using them for. I greatly appreciated that they caught several safety and code issues that warranted our attention.

  Excellent service, prompt with scheduled appointment, Adam was polite, friendly, and professional. He completed the water heater installation within the estimated time he gave. He cleaned up the mess and took the old water heater. This was an incredible experience and I'm so grateful we found a company we can rely upon! I highly recommend Superior Service!!

  Nothing but great experience with Superior Service! My service technician Chris Williams was extremely nice & professional. Like an old friend you hadn't seen in a while. Any questions answered no hidden fees and they tell you what is going on. Honest company that cares for their customers. I know I had issues last summer 2025 with my AC unit. They came out. Then in 2025 had issues with my water heater. It was a no brainer to go back with Superior Service. In the future I will call them again with any HVAC issues! The only company I trust. Thank you for great service and having amazing people working for the company. From the moment you call you will feel at ease.

  Today started off great Alex and Jacob from Superior service HVAC installer came to my home installing new air conditioner and furnace they were very nice and easy to talk to they did awesome job outstanding they took out old unit and cleaned up . Alex give me a carbon doctor that was great. I'M telling all my friends about you guy's and the company Superior Service is the way to go for excellent service thank you for everything 💕

  John Goste was my tech and did an excellent job with my plumbing job. I’ll definitely request him if I require further plumbing work. I’ve been a Superior customer for 25-30 years and have never had a problem with their service. For all those years Dave handled all my HVAC needs and was top notch. If he told me I needed something, or needed something done, and never questioned his advice. Sadly he just retired, so while I’ll truly miss him, I wish him much happiness with his new life. Trust me folks you can’t go wrong with Superior.
