  Pence Air Conditioning is a very wonderful company. The owner and his sons are great. Went above and beyond when installing our system. They were very respectful of our home and did a great job. I am truly happy with their service and will keep using them in the future. Thank you 😊

  Tod and Bert are amazing! Our AC went out at the beginning of the summer. It is his busy time doing service contract maintenance calls. But he made time to come out and fix our unit! We are so grateful to him and his team and will be signing up for a service contract of our own!

  My furnace went out a few days before a cold front and Todd came to take a look at it and was extremely kind, thorough with trying to repair and detailed when he went over my options. Since it was a 20 year old unit I decided it was time for new and a few days later he brought in Landon and Jeremy to install it. All three guys were so friendly and the job was done very fast. I would highly recommend Todd and his guys!

  After years of shopping at big box stores for appliances - because that was the norm - we decided to give a small local shop a try. While they may not have had all the model line ups that larger places do, they made up for in product knowledge and personal service that is unmatched! Todd and his crew went above and beyond the delivery service and actually fixed broken outlet in the laundry room for us. It’s comforting to know that they have the experience and commitment to doing jobs right to fix this instead of just passing the buck along to somebody else. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another appliance from them when our fridge eventually goes out. Added bonus: they also do heating and cooling so we also have a line on keeping warm! Thanks guys!

  Great Job!! My fridge went out on a Thursday and they had a new one here at my home the next day... Fast service.. Corbin was amazing..
