  Revised review from 2nd visit. Both handymen, Steve & Chris were fantastic. They both were extremely skilled and resourceful. I’m happy with the quality of work. They both have excellent personalities and present as kind and knowledgeable experts. The dispatchers who answer the phones were also very pleasant and helpful. However, after 2 visits, several unreturned calls, text and email, its easy to see the operational systems and whoever manages communication “behind the scenes” is where the problems root. I really think Ace needs a better operational manager who return calls, encourages staff, offers access to emails/text, project photos, and better customer pre-call planning. Ace Handyman is a great business idea. I think the service can expand a great deal as more seniors try to live in their homes.

  Excellent service! On time and efficient. The main thing is that the price was better than the competition. The quality of work 100% now I have the privacy I need when I go into my front porch.

  Chris is a dedicated hard worker and is experienced. Did a great job in the time they said it would . He had to cut out part of floor that warped from water damage from a plumbing problem I had and used a different company , and he replaced it and installed tile. This company prices are reasonable , better than most I would say. Better than others I had received .

  Dan did an excellent job crafting new doors for my garage. He reinforced the doors as well as the threshold. I am very pleased. Because of Dan's craftsmanship, I know my garage is secure.
