  Mike and his co-worker provided exemplary service to our home. Also, they charged a fair price for the excellent work they did with a water heater and water softener install at our home.   Fantastic experience from start to finish! I had 3 different quotes to replace our failing 17 year old 80 gallon electric water heater. One of the technicians quoted me with a 50 gallon replacement which made me question his eyesight. Thankfully Mike has out his company sticker on our water heater when he visited 8 years ago for a tune up. Mike responded within 60 minutes of receiving my text. I told him what I was looking to do and he asked if I was a Platte Clay Electric customer and was I aware of their discount program for replacement and service--he saved us about $800! He had his assistant Connor came out 2 days later--exactly on time and knocked out the replacement. Clear communications, no hidden fees, professional conduct and work, and left the basement just like they found it. Could not have asked for a better experience.
