- KEKatie EbbrechtJul 11, 20265.0I can’t recommend Radon Ron highly enough! Ron was incredibly kind, responsive, honest, and genuinely had my best interests at heart from the very beginning. After having our sump pump replaced, I wanted to make sure the radon system, which is connected to the sump pump, was still properly sealed and functioning as it should. Rather than recommending an unnecessary radon test, Ron took the time to assess the situation and determined that all we needed was a quick adjustment. They tightened everything down and properly sealed the sump pump lid, and we were good to go. In a world where it’s easy to oversell services, Ron’s honesty and integrity really stood out. He took the time to explain everything, was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and made it clear that his priority was doing what was best for us—not selling us something we didn’t need. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly puts customers first, Radon Ron is the company to call. It’s refreshing to work with someone who operates with such professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future!
