  Chris A. did a great job with a big project! He got the job done in 2 days and the company was able to schedule us quickly. Chris explained everything well and everything was cleaned up when they left.

  Chris A. and Isaiah were very enjoyable to work with. They performed a pipe burst/new line for my new home. They were honest, reliable, and personable. Although they could not finish the job because the city had to take over for their main line, they did everything the right way. Very straightforward and knowledgeable. Grant was helpful with the billing, however the billing system is a bit deceiving. Their invoices do not show a price per item, only a quantity and a total for all items. Since the city had to take over, we asked that our bill be revised due to work originally quoted not being done (no fault by Inception). It took a few conversations to get the bill to where we were satisfied and to understand the pricing of individual items on the quote. Other than the billing system, I am thankful for them!

  Inception sent a crew quite quickly, knowing we had turned off the water to our house because of a leaking pipe. Bryce was very informative, fully explaining the various options. He and his partner did the work efficiently and quickly and tested the water pressure after replacing the section of leaking pipe. I definitely would use Inception again.

  Inception Plumbing provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. Chris came out to hydro jet our sewer line and was incredibly thorough, professional, and respectful of our home. He took the time to answer every question, clearly explained what he was doing, and left everything clean when the work was complete. Grant handled the final scoping and provided quotes for some optional future work. He was equally knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, confusing mumbo jumbo, or surprise costs—just honest recommendations and clear, upfront pricing. Both Chris and Grant showed exceptional care for our home and made sure we fully understood the condition of the line and all available options. It is rare to find a company that combines this level of expertise, cleanliness, transparency, and customer service. I would highly recommend Inception Plumbing to anyone looking for dependable and trustworthy plumbing work. Your company was at the top of the list. I called two other companies in addition to yours before I went with you, and neither were clear about the pricing, which was also reflected in their online reviews.
