The main two guys I’ve worked with, Bryce & Tim, are reliable, very kind, and hardworking. I will continue to rely on them for my plumbing needs in the future.

The repair involved reconnecting the switch to the garbage disposal, which had been disconnected by a previous plumber who changed out the water filter. Since I was a first-time customer, the service call charge was waived — and since the repair was so simple, there was no charge at all. I might add that when I called to make the appointment, the phone was answered by a live person. I think we found a new plumber!

I received multiple notifications to confirm my appointment and a phone call, that I was the next appointment. If I wasn't collecting estimates for Kansas Gas, to repair, what THEY messed up, I would have told Levin to start the job. I saw the negative reviews and glad I didn't have any of those experiences.
