  I had Roto-rooter come out to my rental for an estimate on a gas leak. They wanted OVER $3000 cause they said they needed to “cut a whole in the wall to reach the pipe” Her was recommended through word of mouth by my coworker and they did it for $1300. More than HALF of another company. They did have to disassemble the furnace and remove a door, but they put it back better than how it was to begin with! I cannot be happier! I will forever use this company and will highly recommend them to EVERY SINGLE PERSON I MEET 🔥🔥🔥🫡 (pic is before repair was done, pipe leaked out of both ends)

  Was sent to my home by home warranty company for a leak in the shower drain and a possible clog in the kitchen. The slow running drain resolved itself and was draining fine before they showed up. They walked in my front door and said “oh this house definitely has a gas leak!” I said “ wait, you’re here for a shower leak and a possible clog.” He said “oh I guess it’s not a gas leak”. Then they looked at my kitchen sink and said “ oh it’s clogged so bad you can’t even run water in this house.” Wait, it’s running and draining fine, we just need you to tighten the drain in the bathroom shower. They went to my basement and tore off trim. Then told me that all the kitchen plumbing needed to be replaced and the would have to tear out walls and ceiling and unfortunately it was not going to be covered by warranty. I said please just look at the shower. They said no. Not unless I paid $1800 for a clog that never existed in the first place, first. Then they would look at the leak. No thank you. BTW, there is no gas leak and shower leak was fixed ourselves in less than 5 minutes. Ultimately if you own a home, better learn to swing a hammer.
