  Bad communication.. got an inspection done on the house we are selling which identified a leak in the bathroom. Our agent called and Buckner advised they will come out and give a free estimate to repair the leak. So we scheduled a day and they came out. A couple weeks later we got an invoice for $299 for plumbing/drain service. I called and the female who answered (just reading the invoice notes) advised it was $109 for a trip fee to even come out and then it’s $190 an hour and they did a main line inspection. They gave an estimate of over $7,000 to clean the lines, which is not what we asked for. Just know they charge you $109 to even come out to the house and then $190 to complete a service we didn’t ask for - at least in our situation.

  Great experience! Our AC went out and they came the next day. They presented all of our options with NO pressure. When we arrived home after installation the work area was cleaner than when they arrived! I was super impressed!

  With the recent heat wave, my A/C unit was not keeping up. so I called Buckner's to make sure it was working properly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a SAME DAY appointment! Braden K. serviced my unit and he was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions with patience. I would definitely recommend Buckner's and Branden K for any HVAC issues!
