  Installed new water softener system and removed former system. Steven B was our technician and he was arrived on time, was informative and professional. Our former water softener was 16 years old and no longer functioning properly. He was able to remove and install the new unit in the same afternoon. He cleaned up everything and hauled away our old unit. We were very pleased with the service received and would highly recommend this business and their staff.

  What a fantastic company! Steaven B was able to use a temporary fix to get our tankless hot water system up and running again even while waiting for a part to come in. This really speaks to his technical expertise and desire to get things right. The company clearly cares about what clients are think about them and that really matters to us as a family. We’ll definitely be sticking with them for future needs.

  Braydon did a great job for me when my whole home humidifier was acting up. He helped clear a clogged hose and educated me on what the cause of the issue was in a very professional manner so that I know how to prevent the issue in the future. He was very friendly and helped me with learning about the various service plans offered and the benefits of each. Overall, just a great customer service experience, and apparent that Braydon takes pride in his work, which is very hard/nearly impossible to come by these days! I highly recommend Braydon for any of your HVAC needs!

  I am 100% sold on Buckner Heating and Cooling, the technicians are always timely, professional and knowledgeable. I love that I am sent a photo and a little background info on the tech, as a single female it gives me comfort. Importantly I never feel like I am being overcharged or taken advantage of. Highly recommend Buckner. My most recent tech was Michael and he lived up to the Buckner standard. Thank you Michael!

  We absolutely love Buckner - we’ve had tech Braden several times (maintenance calls & urgent repair visits) and he is a absolute gem - polite, knowledgeable, answers all our questions & goes above and beyond. He arrives, gets right to work, explains what he’s doing, and my dog loves him - which tells me everything I need to know about him! I get a text confirming the appointment, a text when the tech is assigned that includes the techs name, photo & a delightful bio. As a woman, I appreciate knowing exactly who is showing up at my doorstep - knowledge is safety! Anytime a AC breaks, you panic about how much it’s gonna cost - I’m always pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the Buckner rates are & never feel like I’m being taken advantage of (we’ve had 2 calls in 2 years for an AC that isn’t working on a Sunday morning - that weekend charge is reasonable & well worth the same day visit. Both visits were small repair issues, fixed within the hour & at minimal cost). Buckner replaced our entire HVAC system about 10 years ago (great experience) and we’ve been using them for maintenance and repairs since - we will never use anyone else.
