  Tony & Jake were outstanding. Bet organized and extremely clean. We were very impressed with how the cleaned as went through the installation. Both were very patient with our questions and fully explained what they were doing. We were very impressed with all aspects of Buckner Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Steve was outstanding as well!

  Mayrel is a great technician. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She explained all details of what the repair needed on the hot water tank. She also performed our annual plumbing check. Highly recommend

  Stephen came out and I walked him through the plumbing issues I was having. He was kind and very courteous as he explained what he could do, what different options I had and potential problems that could happen. I appreciated the transparency. Highly recommend.

  The young men that put in my new HVAC system were very nice and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is that they offered a free furnace with purchase and I don’t believe it was. Other quotes I got from other companies were close to the same price without that offer. I am still happy with the results so thank you Buckner Heating and Cooling

  Michael was very thorough performing maintenance on our HVAC system. I had a couple of questions and he answered them in detail. I recommend him highly. I cannot comment on price except to say we have a biannual maintenance contract that I believe is more than fairly priced. They call to schedule each spring and fall and all we have to do is be home for the morning or afternoon on the day of the appointment. It’s seamless and much appreciated. You won’t be disappointed with Buckner’s.
