  Recently Buckner’s technician Gregory M was scheduled to visit my home for annual AC inspection and maintenance. Buckner’s was easy to schedule, and on the day of service they texted and kept me updated about when they will arrive or are on the way. They have a thorough list of all of the checkpoints for each AC component and they document with photos as well as descriptions. All of this information is emailed immediately after the visit. Gregory M was pleasant, polite, and an efficient worker. He explained everything, then reviewed what he did on this visit. He made recommendations to improve performance of my AC unit and answered all questions. Everything was completed in a timely manner and professionally done. I have worked with Buckner’s before and they continue to provide outstanding service.

  Austin could not be more helpful. He fixed his setting and assured us that our air-conditioning would be on later tonight. In general, I would say that Buckners is incredibly responsive and they do everything they can to help. We’ve had some serious problems with a brand new Lennox system over the past six months and they have done everything they can to address every single issue that they have uncovered. I really feel like they have prioritized us as a customer and I hope they treat everyone as great as they treat us. Mark, Mike, Troy, and Austin are a great team . Thank you very much for working with us!

  From the beginning of this process everything was great. With the quick and efficient Mitzi to the crew arriving next morning was wonderful. I met Alex upon his arrival the next morning and explained the way to get underneath the house and remaining few details. I had left for work shortly thereafter and my wife was there for the remainder of the day. We spoke numerous times throughout the day and was telling me about their progress. They kept her informed throughout. They at one point let her know that there were wiring issues but they worked through them and by the end of the work day we had a new working A/C. The guys stated that we needed a charge and we could schedule that later. In the meantime we were blessed to have a working air conditioner. Many thanks to Alex and company for a great job.

  Here’s a polished 5-star review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Edwin provided outstanding service from start to finish. While recently buying a new property, I really appreciated how much time he took to explain the HVAC system I have, how it operates, and the proper thermostat settings to get the best performance. He didn’t just complete the service call—he went above and beyond by cleaning out the unit and making sure everything was set up correctly. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions without rushing. I left the appointment feeling much more confident about maintaining my HVAC system. Buckner’s is fortunate to have Edwin on their team, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

  I had a new HVAC system installed in January after my old heating system failed. Buckner's called me a couple of months later to ask if they could test the AC part of the system before I started to use it since it was too cold to accurately test it back in January. I said yes, by all means test it . Vincent arrived the next day and performed all of the necessary checks on the HVAC. He was kind and professional. He said the unit is ready for use as everything checked out okay. I must say this new awesome air conditioner unit is whisper quiet just like the heater is. This thing is so highly efficient that it runs in energy efficient mode. I will recommend Buckner's to friends and family and anyone else who has an old outdated poorly functioning HVAC system.
