  Super friendly and efficient. Tried to sell the membership and was very professional about it. Was not pushy or overbearing but highly encouraged and suggested it was a good deal. I passed at this time due to financial circumstances that make it not a great idea at this time. Glad the I called your company and will use you again in the future.

  I can not say enough about how wonderful Buckner’s hearing and cooling is! They saved us from being without AC in 97 degree weather. Saved us from spending $25,000 on a new system that another HVAC company said we needed. Mike was amazing! Fast, patient, professional, and knowledgeable!

  Buckner’s, once again, came thru for us. Vincent was our rep. He was courteous and respectful and very responsive. Obviously, very knowledgeable. He cleaned our minisplit and installed a pump so that water would not backup into our unit. I highly recommend Vincent and Buckner’s for heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

  I can’t say enough about the experience we had with Buckner’s Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. From the very beginning, Max made us feel comfortable, informed, and valued. There was never pressure — just transparency, expertise, and a genuine desire to make sure we were making the right decision for our home. What impressed me even more was seeing Max come back after the installation to check the work himself and simply say thank you. That says a lot about how Buckner’s does business. We invested in two new Lennox high-efficiency, variable-speed systems with variable-capacity AC and S40 smart controls. This was a significant investment for us — not just in equipment, but in the comfort and peace of mind of our family for years to come. Caleb K. and the entire installation crew were outstanding. The installation is incredibly clean, the attention to detail is obvious, and you can tell there were no shortcuts taken. They treated our home and the work like it mattered.
