  From start to finish, this was done professionally. I would hire this crew over and Over again. In case anybody is wondering there are no hidden costs what they quote is what you pay.

  Had an appt/job scheduled yesterday. By 3:30-3:45pm and still had not heard a word, so I had to call them to get an update. Ended up rescheduling to today. I just happen to check my account and see that my appt/job was no longer listed. So I called them about it, and they said they cancelled our appt. They gave NO WARNING AND DID NOT CONTACT US ABOUT IT. If I had not checked my account, I would have been waiting around all damn day. Extremely disappointed as I have used them many times in the past, but I will no longer be using them ever again. Only gave 2

  Had Anthony’s come camera out main sewer line that runs through our basement to see if there was any settling in the pipe and there was, I asked the guy how much something like this would have ran us and he said about 5grand, and we don’t necessarily have 5 grand laying around, so I did it myself because I do the same similar work, I got it done over the weekend and called to set up an appointment to get the same guy out here to do the camera and check and see if everything looks good and Anthony’s decided not to have that guy come because they are upset I didn’t hire them to do the job we didn’t have the money for so they canceled our appointment and said if we want them to come out we have to pay $500 for them to come out and camera it all because we couldn’t afford them to come and do it, what a petty company and I’ll never use them again so be careful on who you hire!

  They were here first thing in the morning to fix our air conditioner during the worst Heat Wave we've had in a long time. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care to make sure that everything was in proper working order before he left. A great experience! Thanks Kris!

  Five stars, and if I could give more, I would. Anthony Temple recently came out to my condo as part of Anthony Plumbing's ASAP Membership program, and I was extremely impressed with him and the overall experience. This was a preventative maintenance and inspection visit through the ASAP Membership program rather than a repair call. I wanted a thorough assessment of the plumbing fixtures, drains, bathrooms, and kitchen plumbing in my condo so I could better understand the condition of everything and have peace of mind going forward. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and exceptionally communicative. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained everything. Rather than simply checking items and moving on, he took the time to show me what he was looking at, explain how things work, answer my questions, and make sure I understood his findings. He was an excellent teacher as well as a great technician. Because I live in a condo, there are some systems that are not directly accessible within my unit, but Anthony still performed a thorough evaluation of everything that could be inspected, explained potential future considerations, prioritized recommendations, and provided written estimates for different options. There was no pressure. It was just honest, practical guidance. I also highly recommend the ASAP Membership. The preventative maintenance visits and priority service make it much easier to stay ahead of issues before they become expensive problems. Most importantly, Anthony gave me something that's hard to put a price on: confidence and peace of mind. I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and grateful. Outstanding service from start to finish.
