  My parents recommended this company after using them last year, so I gave them a try when my garage utility sink started leaking underneath. The plumber was patient, didn’t rush through the inspection, and noticed corrosion that probably would have caused bigger damage later. Everything has stayed dry since the repair.

  Dustin did a great job. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Took care of cogged drains and a dishwasher issue. I was very, very pleased. We have lots of repairmen and he has been one of the best!!!

  I liked my plumber and thought he did a good job. There were two big things I didn’t like: 1) there is a $90 fee if the plumber comes out and you don’t have them do the work on the spot. This fee can be waived if they can do the work. The plumber was behind schedule and didn’t have the materials. I would have been willing to have the work done that day but still had to eat an extra $90 on top of the bill for the work. That’s a scam if you ask me but whatever. 2) the office workers here suck. Both times I had a plumber scheduled to come out I had been given a 2 hour time window. Both times I had to call in because the time window had passed but the plumber hadn’t made it. The first time around the office person said they’d call me back and never did. When it happened on the second visit, the office worker sighed at me even though I didn’t express any frustration. I just wanted to know if they needed to reschedule or if I should wait around a bit longer. It was reasonable to call in and check. Whoever is in charge of the phones here needs a stern talking to or a brand new job somewhere else. If I engaged with clients at my job in this way I would be out of a job.
