  Tom went WAY out of his way to make sure my family had the part we needed to cool our home during a heat advisory. I cannot say enough good things about him. I’ve never had a bad experience with this company at my residential or commercial properties.

  The carrier products that they sell are world class. We bought an infinity model from them (cost me nearly $16,000) and it’s absolutely incredible. However, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT pay for the maintenance plan with them. It’s supposed to be two times a year that they come out and service your unit. They have done it one time since I have bought mine over two years ago. And it was only because I reached out to them directly and asked. When I spoke to them. They said they would reach out and schedule it after that. That has yet to happen. It genuinely makes me concerned about the warranty I purchased as well. If they are not good about being proactive, I am concerned about how they are when it comes to being reactive.

  Prompt service and professional technician. Our AC problem was a bad capacitor that Mike quickly fixed. He also checked our Freon and cleaned the fins. Highly recommend.
