  I previously purchased a heating and cooling maintenance plan with Dutch, and today I had my AC serviced. Logan S. was my technician, and he provided excellent service from start to finish. He called about 20 minutes before our scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, and got right to work. Logan was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the service. He explained everything he had done, answered my questions, and even provided photos of the completed work. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Logan S. for future service appointments!

  Aaron got my air working after the first guy came out and added a compositor. Guy said it’s working and pretty much left. Thanks to Aaron for the great job he did by explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was also able to save me money on the cost. Aaron keep up the good work , your awesome.

  Dutch workers were very kind and professional. Once payment was made my hvac unit inside and out was installed the very next day. Reason for 3 stars is the unit doesn’t kool my house the way it should. My house is about 13 hundred sq ft with a 3ton unit that is meant to kool 16 to 19 hundred sq ft home. Which means just like with my unit before with blinds and doors open my house should remain kool. Not to mention I’m the only one that’s been here. So I’m not sure if it’s due to the work or the brand of appliance. Everything being brand new I’m a bit upset!

  Absolutely outstanding, didn't just try to see what worked actually ran tests and verified each step, even had patience for all my questions! If your reading this choose them I must of had 5 other technicians trying to fix some issues with my HVAC before with little to no success before calling Dutch.

  Joshua Wells installed a new water heater at our home after the current water heater burst. We are very thankful Dutch Enterprises called us immediately the next morning and sent Joshua there as soon as possible. When Joshua called us, he confirmed he took care of this issue and had an HVAC specialist out to verify our A/C was working after it shut down, due to the hot water that poured out when the old water heater burst. Joshua was very nice and answered all our questions. Thank you very much, Joshua and Dutch Enterprises. We highly recommend Joshua and Dutch Enterprises.
