  Amazing service fast and saved us so much time and money. Thank you very very very very much. No AC for 24 hours in this heat was torture.

  My husband and I highly recommend Dutch Enterprises. I usually don't leave reviews, but was impressed with this company and the techinican, Logan. Logan was very respectful and had great costumer service. He took his time to be very thorough and check for all issues. What was also nice was that he explained all that was wrong and answered all questions we had. He also suggested ways to help this from happening again. This was also on one of the hottest Saturdays we've had, and the company was quick in their response to us and extremely professional. My husband has told me we are calling them from now on. Thank you Dutch Enterprise!

  Brandon and the other gentleman with him were so helpful, nice and understanding. Another company caused more issues rather than fix our issue and they came in and fixed it right away. They had to get creative on some Issues but did not give up. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been so kind I really recommend them.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. We called them to repair our commercial refrigerators. They replaced the compressor on one unit, and it worked for only about a week before it completely failed again. The temperature fluctuated between 55°F and 73°F, forcing us to throw away a significant amount of inventory. When I called them back, they sent a technician to inspect the refrigerator. Before resolving the issue, however, they wanted to charge another $200 for a service call and diagnostic fee even though the refrigerator had stopped working shortly after their previous repair one week ago. I was genuinely shocked that they were asking for more money while the original problem remained unresolved. The only positive part of this experience was the technician. He was courteous, professional, and clearly doing his best. I truly feel bad for him because it seems like he is put in a difficult position by company policies. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would encourage others to consider other service providers..
